I have been to this restaurant a few times with family and friends. Their appetizers, especially the calamari rings were claimed by my friend to be “Best I ever had”. I like the wings and fish cake. So far I’ve tried Pad Thai, Fried rice, mango rice, chicken laab, my favorite - Pad se ew and Pad kee mao, Tomyum soup, and some other dishes I don’t remember. But all of them were great and everybody enjoyed them. I’m picky with Thai fried rice and Pad see ew but this place nailed it! And their Pad Kee Mao is also superb! Highly recommend if you can handle some heat. Thai tea could do a tiny bit better. I prefer stronger tea flavor. But to everybody I went there with, the food and drinks were great.

After switching from Racha Thai to Bangkok Garden I feel like I'm getting what I deserve. Food portions are normal and service is good. Food came right away. I've been a regular for 8 years and I don't regret it. I trust the workers and I won't hesitate to tip even 40% if I'm having a good day. All the workers are really nice, even the janitor stopped to talk to us. I love this place!!!

The customer service stinks, not customer service oriented. The noodles were packed too, dense, overcooked, three days old, not fresh, little chicken. Awful. Will not return. This location has left a bad taste in my mouth. The Virginia Beach, VA Loemans Plaza location is better. I have visited on many occasions. This location, the food, doesn't fit the bill. The price is too high (expensive), not worth the money.
Portions were small compared to other locations. Ordering menu is confusing causing me to miss order what I really wanted.
I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken. Spicy level 2 was pretty hot. Barely any chicken.
I will not be coming back to this location. Disappointed in quantity for price.
