I’ve always had good experiences with this Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin’ location, and as the only Baskin-Robbins in Virginia Beach, I’ve come to expect reliable service. However, my recent experience with an online birthday order was disappointing.
This was my first time placing an online order, and I drove 30 minutes to pick up a Cookie Monster scoop and a chocolate cone with sprinkles, only to be told upon arrival that neither item was available. The order was never canceled, and I was not contacted beforehand, which would have saved me the trip entirely.
Although the staff member assisting me was friendly, the solution offered was simply to cancel the order and direct me to call customer service. I chose another option instead, but even then, the waffle cone I received was stale. The customer service in person was pleasant, but the lack of communication and the disconnect between online ordering and in-store inventory was frustrating.
Had I known the items weren’t available, I would have gone to Cold Stone or Bruster’s rather than waste the trip. This location generally provides good service, but better coordination and management of online orders are definitely needed.

Ordered a cap blast at 9:30am and he said that they didnt have the mix for it. Second time in a row I tried to order it. A month before I was told the same thing. Then he told me that I can't order anything from Baskin Robin's until after 10:30am. When I asked him if they had the mix for the cap blast would he have made it and he said probably not because it would hold up the line because it has ice cream. Since when does a BR&Dunkin store only sell certain items at certain times and turn down a sale? I got the vibe they are just to lazy to make it. Since my cappuccino blast wasn't a option I ordered from the dunkin menue. My drink tasted like crap. Its disappointing because this is the only BR in the area. Last month when I went through the drive thru with 1 car infront of me I waited 10 mins to get a dunkin latte. Do better!

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband ordered this cake for my birthday and when he went to pick it up, they had no record of his order. They said they didn’t have anyone to make it, but then called the next day and gave him this monstrosity. No apologies, not even a notion there was something wrong with it. Horrible service all around. And the requested ice cream was wrong on top of that. Horrific. What kind of dolphin is this? Negative stars.

Ordered ice cream birthday cake one week in advance. On the pickup date and time my order was not done. I was asked to come back the next day. Came back and still no order. Unable to give refund cause manager not present. Horrible customer service.

Waiting on my pickup order, Flies everywhere, dirty. Seen flies landing on donuts, also inside the ice cream container. This store needs a serious cleaning and sanitation visit. Very turned off didn’t eat my ice cream.

Ordered an ice cream cake a week ago, received a confirmation call three days ago confirming the order and pickup time. Drove 45 minutes across town to pick it up only to be told there is no cake and the person who makes them decided not to make anybody’s cake this week. Left empty-handed - no birthday cake as ordered. What kind of a business is this??? Will NEVER come here again - do not ever order from this establishment.

Waited and waited, ask who was taking my order the guy said, I can take it after walking passed me 3 xs the young girl continued talking to 2 other people, neither could care less about helping me. Slow isn’t the best word I could use a snail moves faster. The guy keep taking orders from the window putting me aside. I will not be back. Another person was waiting behind me no one said nothing to her as well. It don’t take 10+min to get a coffee!
They really need to revamp this place. There was ice cream that was not available. The donuts were not thr common ones available. They were closing in 30 minutes, but you should still get good service. We left and went to sweet spot. The best Baskin Robbins is in Hampton. Its a shame.

Worst place ever first off its Baskin and Robbins 31 flavors not 16. And the 16 selections that they have suck. The only classic flavors are vanilla and chocolate the rest or not popular but that doesn't matter because there's no toppings for the ice-cream anyway. No how chocolate or caramel not waffle cones or waffle bowls. Not appetizing at all if I want to pay 8 dollars for a plain bowl of ice-cream I'll just go to the store and buy a whole gallon or container of ice-cream and get more. Since this place just has paper bowls and 16 flavors of ice-cream in stock only

I placed an order for an ice cream cake and my order was incorrect. I ordered chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream and ended up with vanilla cake and strawberry cheesecake ice cream. I came in, spoke to the manager, and he put an order in for my cake to be remade for the following week (I asked for it to be a week later). Today I came in to pick up the cake that they were making to fix their first mistake and THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CAKE!!! This is completely unacceptable. Now for the second time I do not have the cake I ordered. I will absolutely not be back to this location.
