Don’t waste your time. Complete confusion, food is not freshly made, too loud and I’m pretty sure they just dump salt on everything. Only thing that tastes good is the toast and that didn’t have to be made. Drinks were even awful. Spend $70 for two and left hungry. Waffle House is a better experience.

Came for my 1st time today ! & wow ?? I had shrimp and grits and side of scrambled eggs with cheese. I did ask for NO BACON, however the waiter forgot, and also forgot my side of eggs. Lol so I did have to get the plate done over, and he sincerely apologized and made up for it the rest of the time. The lemon drop martinis were good and strong. I also had a mango mimosa that was decent. I'd come back again . Oh and parking was a whole mission. I waited 30 minutes to get a parking spot ?? the vibes were pretty good too. 10/10

I ordered an avocado toast but barely have any avocado on it, my suggestion is at least need to have half an avocado for 14.99..as avocado is the main ingredient and the name of the toast. I had avocado toast on many restaurants and they a lot more of it. Besides that I enjoy the coffee, atmosphere and service . As pic expected. Thank you

The food and service is excellent, could not be better. The only downside is the noise level, it's difficult to hold a conversation while dining. They need to install some type of sound dampening tiles on the walls or ceiling.

The service is very quick and friendly. Food is out of this world fantastic and quality of the dishes is consistent (the "Willis Wharf Special" omelette is a revelation...easily the best omelette I've ever eaten). Our go to for breakfast.

Stopped by for breakfast while traveling and this place was amazing! They have generous portion sizes. My omelette was hot, fresh and really yummy and the avocado toast was stacked high with toppings. The service was excellent, the dining room was clean, well lit and had cute decorations. 1st time visiting Virginia and saw this as best eats.. we decided to try it out, cute place but will NEVER dine here again. We ordered Jamaican rum French Toast, the big country and side of crab cakes. I will say out of all the food ONLY the crab cake and the piece of chicken in the big country. We were attended to once and a totally different waitress was taking my husbands plate before he could finish. Then original waitress came with a check only to inform us they add their own 18% and when asked to speak to a GM they acted as if no one was their until they realized We weren't paying until we spoke to one. Then "Frank" appeared with no intention of listening to my husband just to come repeat what the waitress had said... be aware of this place!!! Not worth it at all.

Kara made the experience. Truly. Im a creep and i pay attention to things. She has the right touch with customers. She is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and enforces company policy. Hiring people like kara is quintessential to the success of any customer service business. She walks the tightrope of customer satisfaction and enforcing company policy beautifully. She also takes care of herself, and is just an excellent representation of the bay local. 5 outta 5 stars for almost everything. My only complaint is that my home frues were cold, but thats hardly an issue because i know that if i brought it up, itd be fixed instantly. We will be back.

I come to the Shore Drive location often. Yesterday (Saturday 2/10/2024) was a bit different as I came 30 minutes before closing (have never done this). There were about 4 customers left in the restaurant and felt bad because I knew they were preparing to close for the day but really wanted the Candied Pecan Fench Toast Bites.I sat at the bar with Jessica and let me tell you....she took care of me!!! My Bay Mosa was delicious, she made the kitchen redo my home fries hot & fresh (the 1st set came out cold), my eggs were scrambled soft just like I requested and my French Toast Bites were the best (extra strawberries and candied pecans)??.What stood out was that her level of service NEVER once changed because they were closing and I TRULY APPRECIATED that. And as I was preparing to leave she let me know that she worked every Saturday if I ever wanted to come back. That is SERVICE! THANK YOU JESSICA!!!
