I have held off on reviewing this place. Because I wanted it to be good. I primarily order take out from this place and I am not sure what has happened. There was a switch a few months ago - and it just has been downhill.
The first time I ordered fries they were amazing. Same with the pizza. Everytime since then has been, lackluster.
The fries taste baked. Not fried, as the description reads. The pizza always tastes like it’s been sitting out and was just reheated. This was certainly supported by the fact I ordered a medium and got a large tonight. It tasted like they were just trying to get rid of it. The pizza wasn’t hot when I picked it up, and felt like it was under sauced. Just not good.
Whatever changed was not for the better. Not sure if they started cutting corners, or if they wanted to increase profit margins - but I wont be returning. I’ve given them 4-5 chances since I first had them and it just is mediocre pizza time after time.
Whoever is making these decisions isn’t doing a great job - or they are lacking a pulse when it comes to their staff. It tastes like shitty boardwalk pizza for double the price. Do not recommend.
we ordered from you sausage parm hero. There was no sauce and you sent it (delivery) no napkins. it was hot like hot sauce which I don't eat and didn't order. only good thing was you got the lightly toasted roll correct.
I’m not normally one to leave a long-winded or picky reviews anywhere, but I was compelled to do so for this location.
We noticed the restaurant while visiting the Saturday street market and thought it looked promising. And based on the 4.0 rating we decided to try it out. That was a mistake that ended up ruining the rest of our evening.
Initially, we liked the atmosphere and the gentleman was quick to seat us and take our drink orders. We did place an appetizer order, but it took him nearly 20 minutes to come back for our meal orders. My wife ordered the Eggplant Parm but he put in and brought out Chicken Parm. I ordered the spaghetti with garlic and oil with a side of meatballs (the meatballs were of the generic frozen variety), the spaghetti had no garlic in it and was mushy. The waiter never came back to refill drinks or ask how things were, I had to get up and walk over to request a refill. The bathrooms were unkept and not supplied with either soap or paper towels. Another small group came in, ordered an appetizer and ended up paying and leaving without finishing.
On our drive home, my wife and I both began to feel unwell and our Saturday and the following morning were not the best of times as we were both sick. Please do not let ratings and reviews trick you into coming here. I am not exaggerating when I say that the “Italian food” at Busch Gardens Williamsburg is far superior in taste and quality.
This is for Beach Bella II but I can’t find where to leave a review. First time ordering from Beach Bella in general.
My husband and I ordered delivery of a pepperoni and extra cheese pizza and garlic knots. The pizza was bland. The garlic knots were alright.
However we both weren’t feeling well later that night. My husband was fine after a little bit. I on the other hand threw up. I haven’t thrown up since 2009. Literally since 2009.
My husband ate a leftover piece of pizza the next day and was fine.
He determined it might have been the garlic knots because he ate one this morning and was in and out of the bathroom with diarrhea.
It was a standard pizza place. Food was okay. The waitress was not happy to be at work or the size of our party, which she displayed the whole time we were there. It was not impressive or the worse place I've ever eaten. From the reviews, the place sounded great, but they weren't accurate. I really think with better help and the food done the way the customer wants, it could be a solid four star rated place. Otherwise, I give it a three.
Amazing service the food is also very good and freshly made
NY style pizza to go hit the spot!!
I ordered the boneless chicken wings. 10 for $11.99. I am not kidding when I say they are tyson chicken nuggets with some hot sauce poured over them. The pizza was just ok. It had good flavor, but the crust was over cooked. And I just prefer more sauce on my pizza.
The staff were very friendly and the service was good, so that was a bright spot.
I took a picture of the two things I got, I didnt get a drink. The total was $18. I will let others judge for themself if what they see is worth $18.
Excellent vegan pizza
Best New York style Pizza period.

What a great restaurant! The food was delicious and the portion size very generous. Best part- great service with a friendly smile. Highly recommend!
Delicious food.
Great service and great prices👍😄
Pizza was ok. Sauce was a little watery. Lasagna was good but seemed like a meat sauce and not a formed lasagna dish. The staff was friendly and the wine was good.
Stromboli was FULL of raw pizza dough inside had to toss out.
Service was great, friendly staff. Ordered the Bianca pizza. Sooo good!!! Would recommend for an authentic NY style pizz!!
