This is one of the most unique restaurants to open up in Va. Beach. It's Middle Eastern inspired food prepared daily using only the freshest ingredients available in all their menu selections.
It's not just a kabob and gyros menu (which are excellent), but a full scale menu that includes many chicken and lamb entrees. Included, is a wide selection of vegetarian sides such as eggplant, split pes , roasted pototoes, etc, cooked in " mouth watering" Afgan sauces.
To compliment their food, they offer great desserts such as baklava .
The owner(Tony) is very personable and totally committed to providing fresh honesstyle cooking.
His prices are reasonable considering the excellent quality of his food.
Try this restaurant and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

You have to try this place and i promise you'll be back! The food is amazing; slightly spicy but still keeps your tastebuds intact.
We had the Qabuli Palau (lamb with rice) and Mantu (Dumplings stuffed with meat). A side of Naan with delicious dipping sauce and the Baklava for dessert completed the meal.
The atmosphere is very low key & friendly, the prices are very good ($40 total for 2 people).
We love middle eastern cuisine and this ranks at the top. We highly recommend this and we'll definitely be back.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access entrance and at table.

I love this place!! I’ve always loved a gyro, so when I saw this place open I jumped on trying it. Absolutely delicious! The gyro is your typical gyro. Also, the FRIES…best fries I’ve had in VB, hands down. I don’t know what they’re doing different than other places, but the fries absolutely smack. I’ve been so impressed with everything thus far that I am trying their dishes that I previously would never have considered ordering for myself. I’m currently trying their dishes Qabuli Palau, and I’m very impressed with it. Give this place a try! Very worth it.

I ate at this restaurant; its food is extremely bad to the point that I experienced severe pain. I do not recommend it to anyone.

We had the chicken tikka kabob and lamb gyro. Both dishes were extremely bland and lacking flavor and basic spices (even salt). Fries were also bland. My rice was aromatic, but still needed salt and the side salad was a dry salad. Overall it was edible, but so bland we would not eat it again. The service was polite.

We tried Seekh Kabab, Chapli Kabab, Kabouli Polao, Chicken Gyro, Ferni (dessert)and Green tea they were all perfect. We will certainly be going there frequently. Excellent service. All halal owned by Afghan.

A new business and welcome.

Sometimes I want to a gyro or cheese burger when I am bit hungry.

I tried this new shop to find out. I got a gyro sandwich that came with fries. The gyro is good (or just gyro you expect), fries were spicy and tasty. I think the price is also good.

I will try other dishes (lamb kebab maybe) later.

We stopped by here on our daily venture out and are so glad we did! The staff was so welcoming and helpful! They have several options that are gluten-free and the baklava is so delish! We will definitely be back soon!
