The service was great and the worker did try to meet the needs of my group but the food was so disgusting I didn’t even eat it. Flies everywhere and I had to pay extra for a refill on my fountain drink.

Asked about getting eggplant parm and pasta and was told no. They have an eggplant parm sub and they have pasta. Asked specifically if there was a reason I couldn't get eggplant parm and pasta. The female at the register said she didn't know, she wasn't the owner. Mmkay. Ordered the sandwich and fries and a lemonade. Then I asked if I could get a cup of water and was told they didn't have water. I would have to buy bottled water. While I was eating I saw the same young lady spray down a table, drop the cleaning cloth on the floor, then pick it up and proceed to wipe down the table. The cook was nice and the food was pretty decent but the service could be better.

No wonder this place is empty… The good was really bad with burned pizza and I asked for some Mayo for my dried up sub and the woman said she’d have to charge me for it because she had to go in the kitchen to get it. I don’t mind paying for something extra but just the way she said it was really bad.Please save yourselves!They counted the napkins and plates for us and no refills on the soda.

Based on food I ordered: X-Large pepperoni pizza, 2 Parmesan hot subs and onion ring basket, the food was the lowest quality. Sloppy pizza, hardened subs and over cooked onion rings.Customer service was great, I ordered two chicken subs but the lady was nice to replace one with chicken since I had overlooked the order and the subs were beef

They sold me something other than what I asked for. I ordered Stromboli and they made a mistake and give me Pizza I said ok no problem whit that but TERRIBLE ATTENTION!My friends also ordered fried shrimp and pizza all of very low quality.The cashier was kind but a woman with her head covered, very badly. When she went to leave the pizza on the table after waiting so long, she told us that we hurried to give her room to leave the table free. Don't go, you can make a better choice!

I ordered 3 items. Pizzbuffalo wings, poutine. Overall it was fine, just know this is not gourmet. It’s ok food served by non-Italians. Also, all food was take out.Pizza - honestly not very good. It was made fresh and served hot for take out, but nothing special. Compared to other in the area, actually pretty good and fine to order, just don’t have high expectations.Wings - the mild buffalo sauce was pretty good. Overall good wings. A bit small, and the were all flaps. That may appeal to some but I prefer and mix of drums and flats.Poutine - horrible. The fries were pretty decent. It had shredded mozzarella cheese, not typical but no complaint here. The gravy. I’d tell you how it was but they gave me the tiniest about that I couldn’t even taste it!! Being a to go order, they put it on the side. Seems like a great idea but there was enough gravy for about 2 fries. The purpose of poutine is gravy smothered fries. There was no gravy!! They served me cheese fries with a ketchup packet size of gravy. They should do every justice by taking the item off the menu. Major disappointment.Only go here if you’re desperate for food. And don’t order the poutine

1st time here. Sorry, I had to give it a 3 because this is not your typical pizza place. They do not make the pizza like a normal place. There is no rolling out the dough. This is definitely frozen pizza. If that is what you want, then this is the place for you. Onion rings are ok. My family thought the wings were good. They would come back for the wings again. Overpriced for frozen pizza.

Not a great place. All the food was definitely frozen and reheated. Nothing came out together, as meals usually do. Pizza was sloppy, the chicken tenders had no taste, except the oil they were fried in, fries completely unseasoned...and that after we were brought the wrong food. Twice. The restaurant itself was drab, dirty and the music was stupidly loud.Definitely spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere nicer.
