Paid an absurd price for a tiny scoop of chocolate ice cream in a handmade cone that was not wrapped properly. Within 30 seconds it fell apart and spilled all over my child from his shirt to his shoes. Extremely disappointing and not worth it.

We loved this location a few years back. Went every night of our vacation. This time around, it has completely gone downhill. We arrived about 10pm and there were about 12 people between line and seating. They did not have their cookie cookie milkshake available. They said they could make a cookies and cream. We ordered 2 of them. They tasted like a little cookie dust in milk. There was zero thickness, not a hint of ice cream. It was gross! The line was picking up so we cut our losses. 2 other people in our group tried the milkshakes and agreed that they were just flavored milk. Never had a milkshake with zero thickness before, just pure liquid. Will never return.

Prices were very normal for a Ben & Jerry’s and the staff was very nice. Make sure to use a coupon from the free coupon books along the boardwalk for a free small cone with a purchase of a large. The cream of the ice was very very bussin and satisfied all of my desires

Me n my wife stood in line for over fifteen minutes Tuesday 24th only to be told by WILLOW THAT WE CANNOT BE SERVEDbecause they r closing when I asked for management info she said she couldn’t give it out when I asked for corporate’s information she would not give it it was so calloused the way she did it with out warning or consideration for the customers like she owned the place terrible customer service!!!
