Prices aren't the best but you can always count on Ben & Jerry's for delicious ice cream! I am a huge fan of chubby hubby so I chose the packaged options in their freezer but we did get sorbet for the kiddos and ice cream for my family members. As always, great quality and delicious! There are not many other options nearby while we were on vacation but this was a great choice regardless!

This is our go-to every year.

Ridiculously expensive! 4 small waffle cones and one large were $50!!!! We thought it was a mistake but the guy ran it again.

My favorite Ben&Jerry’s location. The amount of ice-cream choices is amazing. If you can’t decide, friendly staff will help you with guiding you through the menu and process of ordering.Highly recommended.

Parking lot is small mostly for a big truck. Expensive but Ben & Jerry's is; found a coupon for Buy 1 Get 1 free (buy large cup/cone get small cup/cone free) works for a family of 4. Had half baked and the dietary option of cookie dough.

Expect big crowds at night in this store parking lot always full would come in early to skip the crowd. They take customers by group to move the line fast which is a clever idea.

Very disappointed employees decided to lock the door on us at 9:45pm when publicized closing is 10:00pm.The parking lot was full of patrons enjoying their ice cream while the employees refused to open the door 15 minutes before closing. Very disrespectful to not have the decency to at least acknowledge us. Our car load of kids was very disappointed and vowed never to patronize Ben & Jerry’s again. Will be patronizing the other local place in Sandbridge & will recommend to our rental guests they do the same.

Good ice cream. Small parking. If you dont want to eat the ice cream in the car they have tables and seats outside on the right. You only have 30 mn to stay in the parking.

There are really two ice cream options when in Sandbridge. For the two previous trips we had always done the "local" competitor, but this time decided to try B&J. Next time I'll stick with the competitor.Yes, the ice cream here is good ... really good. That's the saving grace, but you know most of these flavors. They are the same ones they offer in store, though I found at least the Chunky Monkey was better here than packaged. The problem was the service, which wasn't necessarily bad, just very rushed. There is some signage, but not nearly enough to explain the ordering system here, what kind of cone options they have and what is offered with each. It's very busy, so you don't feel relaxed to ask a lot of questions and the staff were not offering any assistance beyond "what can I get you?". I want to be clear here. At no point were the staff rude. They were just matter of fact about it all and it ended up that many in my group of 12 ended up disappointed with what they ordered, due mostly to not feeling they had time to really even understand what we could order.

It's no wonder the little mom and pop place around the corner had the long line that it did and Ben & Jerry's was empty! $22 for 3 "small cups" of ice cream is RIDICULOUS!!! To top it off, when I was checking out the girl came over to see if I tipped and mumbled something to the girl she was working with. Wouldn't recommend.

Horrible service, not organized took way too long, really didn't like the ice cream bad first time impression, but I'm not an ice cream person either.

I understand lactose free ice cream is a commodity but to run out of the only oat milk based flavor at 7pm when hours show 10pm during the summer/a holiday weekend is unsatisfactory. I asked the associate upon receiving my ice cream if the update social media when flavors run out since i went to b&j website prior to visiting. I checked facebook and could not find a page with updates on flavors. It was unfair that I got an ice cream cone and my partner couldn’t. Would have gone else where if we knew first. The line was blocking the ice cream tubs/flavors. The labels were not removed, nor was there anyone behind us in line so I am not sure why we were rushed to be served without being able to set our eyes on the 2 empty tubs of the oat mlik flavor. Upo calming giving feedback, the same associate went immediately to reaching out to take my cone from me. I made no request or mention of wanting to “return” or not pay for my cone. Next time i see said associate working, i will immediately walk out and go elsewhere if i even return to my usual spot. This was the first time i saw them. They did offer the sorbet alternative but not the same. That is the only reason I rated the extra star

I unfortunately feel that for the cost, this ice cream wasn't worth it. Also, I know it was late when we stopped in, the 2 employees working were the most unpleasant individuals. They may have been exhausted after a long day, but it doesn't excuse being ignorant. The one even had earbuds in and wasn't listening to a thing we were saying. Also, no where to really sit and enjoy your ice cream, the 2 outside tables were it.
