Ok so I’ve been buying BRCC for years in the grocery store. I’m now in Virginia Beach and ran across their actual coffee shop. This is the best coffee experience I’ve ever had. Walking in, the atmosphere felt great. Looking through the merch, everything was so cool I didn’t know what to pick. The Smashed Pumpkin drink was by far the best pumpkin drink out there. The coffee is awesome (it doesn't taste burnt or bitter)! The customer service/care is excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. I haven't tried the food yet but plan to in the future. Thank you for treating everyone like family.
