I do drive thru here . I have been disappointed due to today I ordered a dinner and no biscuits. Took about 20 min to get , my bad for not checking my order only was given the the biscuits no food. Called back and the girl laughed and said I could drive back for the food. Hard to do when you work. This will be my last time . Has happened to me too many times getting the wrong order. While I was at the drive thru for 30 minutes a worker with long braces was walking past where food was sitting and her hair was touching all the food it was past waist length and was not pulled up or back. Food violation? Always check your order before leaving.

The food was delicious however the manager of the restaurant was beyond pathetic. We were trying to figure out how to get the 5 for $5 deal that was advertised on their counter and instead, just got yelled at by him to “take our free sandwich”. When we even told him we dont want a free sandwich, we dont know why hes even yelling at us, & we just want to know how to get the dang 5 for $5, he continued yelling at us. Home boy is off his rocker a little bit. My husband and I apologized to his employees before we left, for the fact they have to deal with a “‘manager” who acts like that. The employees were great, but seriously, I hope they get a better manager in the near future.

I’m from New York and grew up on Popeyes, but Bojangles blew me away. The fried chicken was crispy and full of flavor, and the biscuits? Easily the best I’ve ever had. The staff and manager were super friendly and created a really welcoming vibe. Southern comfort done right!

Found a baby cockroach floating in my drink! Cup was sealed from DoorDash, it tasted weird and off so I opened the lid and lo and behold a baby roach floating in my drink. I’ve ordered from this location before and also the fries are off, come dried out and never fresh like they’ve been sitting there for hours. Besides the food safety issue with vermin in the drinks (presumably the food also I wouldn’t be surprised if someone told me they found a roach in their chicken), food isn’t even worth going out of you way for. Other Bojangles are so much better and this one is incredibly far behind. Well, I learned an important lesson today to always take the lid off and check inside my drinks before I drink then

The food was disgusting, old, and not appetizing at all. How hard is it to make a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit? I imagine it’s not that difficult. Instead, you sent me a stale, dirty biscuit with bacon that tasted like it was cooked three days ago. The cheese wouldn’t even melt! If you can’t make a simple bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, what can you do? I’m so tired of this economy, with low-quality food and high prices.
Everyone in this location is very sweet and helpful. Vinny was working the drive through and had the brightest smile and most positive attitude.

Vinny was friendly did a good job making my cobbler I ordered one piece of chicken. She gave me the smallest piece and the meat was mushy like it was sitting all day vinny is probably the best thing about this location. Second time coming here and each time there was a problem. This is one of those locations that is poorly ran and should avoided. I learned my lesson.. at least the staff is friendly,
