I ordered the 2 piece chicken breast meal. The chicken was cold and both side orders of cole slaw was stale.

We have only been here 3 times. But everytime we go, there's an issue. Or multiple issues.

The girl who's always the cashier is rude and clearly REALLY hates her job. She was hitting the buttons on the screen while taking our order. Two very simply 4 piece chicken tender orders. Not customized in any way. She was rude and not once smiled. At least pretend to be happy or find a different job where you aren't the first face the customer sees.

Then when packaging the food up, she just threw it all in the box and slammed them on the counter.
No only were the fries WAY old, the biscuit had mold in it.

The only reason we go back is because the chicken tenders are good. That's the Only reason.

We were in there once when the management staff was having a meeting in the lobby. Listening to them talk about what the team should do/not do, tells me they clearly have never actually visited and watched. Or they also just don't care. Which in that case, I can see why the girl hates her job. Still not ok to be rude to customers when they were nothing but nice!
Of course her name wasn't on the receipt. Just Cashier 10. Nor do they were name tags.

I will never visit a Bojangles again after my experience at this establishment. My coworker and I went through the drive through on our lunch break and all I wanted was a couple chicken tenders, not an entire meal. When I asked the employee if that was an option, she informed me that they only had a 4 piece and that was the smallest amount I could get. When we pulled around to the window, the window was still closed but we heard the women say “That’s what she wants, that’s what she’s gonna get.” With an attitude. When she opened the window and gave me my total, it was $10 and some change.. I asked to verify that was only for the chicken tenders and nothing else, not a meal. She said “Yup, it’s just the snack”. I really didn’t want to pay $10 for 4 pieces of chicken, but our lunch break was over and O did not have time to go get food from somewhere else. I then went back and looked at the menu online and found out that what I had paid for was in-fact a meal, which included fries and a drink, which I was not given. I then attempted to reach out to customer service, but of course did not receive a response. My coworker went back at a later date and was able to purchase 2 chicken strips for $4. I have no idea why the woman working that day had such an attitude, but it is absolutely absurd to pay $10 for what was actually a meal, to not receive all that I paid for.

If you advertise that your open at 7am, then open at 7am! 20 minutes after 7 and still not open. Get it together. It’s not rocket science!

Inquisitive

I wanted to let all the customers know, there's a female employee that works there who's hair hangs all the way down to her behind! She retrieved food from the back and the front line. Everywhere she turned her head and her body, her hair swayed. I know Food Safety and Sanitation; nowhere does it say that you're allowed to wear your hair down your back! I didn't see any hairnets either, just in case you try that one. If you think my review is false, you have cameras, go look at the video.

Not only did they FORGET about my order that I was waiting patiently over 20 minutes for but they forgot 2 of the items. When I called and spoke to the manager (“Jaime”) I was told to come back and get the items. When I returned the cook was at the window and gave me an extremely bad attitude stating that “I know what I made” and asked for my bag- I gave him my bag and then he proceeded to go through my bag without any gloves on. I then told them to give me my bag back if they are going to go through it without gloves! They gave me an attitude and I left WASTING more of my time. I called and spoke to the manager who witnessed it all and was just “apologetic” I mentioned next time she needs to address the situation in a professional manner and with some balls. They need NOT waste customers time if they plan on having customers return to belittle and disrespect them as if THEY are in the wrong. I had no problem with them going through my bad but AT LEAST WEAR GLOVES. Very unprofessionally and disrespectful in the manner this was handled. This was my first experience here and my last.

I asked for a chicken wing as part of my 3 piece, and got a chicken nugget...I've seen Cornish Hen wings bigger than this! On top of that it was cold. On the road for five plus hours, and I just wasted my hard earned money on this! I should have checked the reviews first.

Our 1st experience with Bohangles is when we went to Myrtle Beach last summer. We've been looking forward to having it again. Unfortunately, we don't have Bojangles where we live, so imagine the excitement when we saw it in Va. Beach!

Immediately, we made a plan to visit there on our way back home. We drove the opposite direction to get enough chicken for the road! The entire staff was Uber pleasant!

Great, friendly, and efficient service! Bojangles truly made my day special—just perfect when I was feeling down. I really appreciate how the manager, Jaymee, provided genuine service, even when it was just a simple order follow-up. That kind of care is something you rarely see in restaurants these days.

The recent visit to the establishment was unsatisfactory. As a frequent customer, visiting approximately every few months, this was the first instance of receiving subpar food. The 3-piece tender meal was unacceptably hard and cold, making it difficult to consume. Despite my inclination to avoid complaints, I did consume the accompanying fries, which were satisfactory. Additionally, the indoor temperature was excessively high, creating an uncomfortable dining environment. Improvements are necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.

45 yrs of going to almost every bojangles and I’ve never been treated like this.so I walk in and no one even acknowledges I’m there after 7 minutes.so I try to get some attention by saying can I get some service.,no one even looks at me.so I walk out and as I’m walking out the manager I believe starts yelling at me not to come back…I am so disgusted by how I was treated.I’ll never be back. I have the pics of the manager locking the door after yelling at me
