CASHIER AT THE DRIVE-THRU WAS HORRIBLE 2 DAYS AGO! SHE HAD A BAD ATTITUDE & WAS RUSHING ME TO GET MY CARD! IF I WASNT GETTING BREAKFAST FOR MY CHILD I WOULDVE LEFT! DO BETTER BOJANGLES! THE FOOD IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ATTITUDES!

Service was GREAT!!!!! But …..One star for the food- ordered some chicken because we were headed towards the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to get on the road. Once we bit into the chicken it had a sour taste to it: and I didn’t have enough time to turn back and return it because we were already behind. I immediately told my family to not eat the food. My sis even said it smelled off-Bad enough the food is expensive but to taste that way is crazy. And they forgot my biscuits we probably could’ve eaten the biscuits at least.

I went to 2 bojangles both in VA. And they BOTH MESSED UP MY ORDER! I told the 2nd one what the first one did about the biscuits were hard and no cheese and the 2nd one did the same damn thing.

I have been a loyal customer of Bojangles ever since my childhood and now I am in my early 50s. Upon the installation of the app, I was anticipating a reward for its download. The service was somewhat inconsistent and the service was satisfactory.

Went online to see what special Bojangles had going. Got to Bojangles on Northampton Blvd Va Beach VA. They told me they don't honor specials online. They go by what's on the window. So I had to pay extra from what the special. The workers was rude and disrespectful. Got home the chicken old and dry. Fries was hard. Biscuits was hard . Can't do it again.

I live in north Jersey and every time I go to Virginia to visit my son I have to go to Bojangles can't leave the South without eating here… remember to buy blueberry biscuits (BO-BERRIES)
