The lady in the drive thru this morning knows how to provide customer service. It's hard to come by these days (it's hard to even get a hello or a Thank you at most places!!), but she was on point. People like this are appreciated!

Great food/ Workers Cool. Never a problem, I come here a lot…The STAFF IS GREAT food fresh BUT when the manager is here it runs so slow, also she take care of the amount of fruit flies/nets around the sweat tea stand. If I see em once ok, but like I said I come a lot and for a food place, you think someone would be concerned enough to take care of that.. it’s pretty gross.
Yeah I’m never coming back here to spend 19 bucks on some little biscuits that’ll fill a two year old. On top of that it was thin. The biscuits are usually fluffy. When order separately.
Unfortunately, all 3 of us had to take turns in the bathroom several times after we ate there. The food tasted great, it just made us sick? Once we had a day off bathroom rotation we felt better. The staff was friendly and the restaurant seemed clean. But we ordered it for take out.

Always love Bojangle’s and the taste of the food at this location was no exception! However, I had an online order for pickup that was missing add-ons that I had paid extra for (e.g., cheese on a sandwich that they ended up making with no cheese). Additionally, when going to pickup, you’re directed around another side that just ends up where all the in store people are picking up. I ended up having to stand there for about 10 minutes before I could finally speak up and let them know I was picking up an online order, to which I was still told to wait even though I could see the order right there on the counter.

For the price of this food would least get some fresh food and decent portions. I just ordered and the tenders hard cold and fries stale and cold for 31 dollars I want my food fresh every time I come my food is hard as if it’s been sitting smh
