I was a little disappointed that the chicken seem like it was reheated from the night before and dryw the biscuit was a little dry too. I'll have visited this location in the past with no major issue. I guess this time is was a one of rare time. I feel they will do better.

Staff member Dorothy, very rude, unprofessional, poor customer service skills, I was vey uncomfortable the entire interaction she made me feel as if my business was not wanted as a paying customer I felt embarrassed and empty inside leaving the restaurant ashamed and offended! All of this because she has been having a bad day so I had to be the one she took her life frustrations out on. I truly hope she seeks therapy, and counseling thru the her company eap program. She also doesn’t wear a name tag so she can get away with her poor customer service skills by being nameless

12 piece family meal was 42.36. It came with gigantic biscuits, huge pieces of perfectly fried chicken, family mashed potatoes & gravy, large delicious fries, ranch style beans, and a half gallon of sweet tea. I would not get the Ranch Style beans again. I guess I need to be in the mood for those. But everything tasted really good. Did not wait long at all for freshy dropped chicken. I will return.
I went to this location at 7:19 pm walked up to the doors and they where locked, drove up to the drive thru asked if they where open and all I heard was a bunch of laughing and some one telling me they can take my order here. With that going on I didn’t want to place an order and maybe get food dropped on the floor on who knows. What’s going on with places these days ..

Worse Bojangles ever. The employees are clueless. That is management's fault. Management is non-existant. I dont know how they stay in business here. I've been twice trying to order but left both times due to the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get simple order. Put the chicken in the box. Put the box in the bag. Hand to customer. How hard is that? Idiots.

If you aren’t on a time crunch, or are not looking for prompt service, this restaurant is for you. I placed an uncomplicated order and I’m in awe of how long it took. The manager had to step in to get everything back on track. Headphones in ears, lack of attention to detail, and drive-thru is about an eternity. Not my highest recommendation if you’re looking for chicken with a smile.
