Bonefish Grill

I live in South Carolina hours away from my mother and she just had surgery on her hand and arm and I was on the phone yelling at her because she drove there to eat and alone. The entire time I heard her waiter Sean in the background and I was in absolute tears. The service he gave my mom and the way he treated her was phenomenal it just doesn’t exist these days. He even helped her out to her car, helped her get in and held her things I’ve never in life ever encountered service like that he was absolutely amazing! Please give him a raise. Thank You so much Sean!!! Also my mom loved the food also lol!

Usually at the Bonefish Grill, we have tremendous service and quality of food. On our latest visit, however, the service was exceptional, but the food was under par. The dish I order every time I go to Bonefish Grill, Parmesan crusted rainbow trout, was a disappointment on this evening. Other party members had comments on some of their dishes as well not being as good as other visits.

Terrible experience more than two times ordering take out from Bonefish Grill. I’m not sure why they have a curbside “check-in” if you have to go inside, after waiting 30min, to pick up your order. Not sure what the disconnect is with the mobile check-in and the inside orders. Conversely, I don’t mind having to go inside to get my order, just let me know instead of allowing me to wait 30min with no communication. Again, this has happened more than two times within the past year or so.

Went to celebrate my wife's birthday. Atmosphere was great. Service was great and the establishment was very clean. Wife said her Chilean sea bass was perfect. My steak was well and I asked for medium. It was a little tough but well seasoned. My kids had burgers. I would have rated if 5 stars but $25 burgers is overvalued for the quality of that meal. If you're getting seafood great spot to visit.

The food and service were great...unfortunately they hadn't paid their heating bill (?) as it was way too cold to truly enjoy our meals. Everyone in the restaurant kept their jackets on, so it wasn't just us or a single drafty table...the entire restaurant was just simply cold.

Great food, environment, and our server, Rocky, was outstanding! Overall great experience!

Food was good and staff was friendly and polite. The event was very nice and looking forward to the next event.

I ordered the Fish & chips dish and it was scrumptious! I did take out but the ambiance inside was mellow and alluring. You can take your family or have a good time on a date with friends.

We had an exceptional meal! We ordered the Special for 2: each had an option of salad, or soup. We each chose a Caesar Salad. We shared 4 fish: Tuna, Mahi, shrimp, and salmon. 2 shared Premium sides: we chose Au gratin potatoes, and Kung Pan Brussel Sprouts. Including complementary Bread and olive oil with seasoning. ALL FOR ONLY $45 It was plentiful and took home our leftovers.

Siblings holiday lunch and gift exchange was a success. We'd all dined here before. We dined early, had great table right behind the Christmas tree. We even put our gifts under the tree until after our meal. The menu choices were varied and even provided a pixie fixe bundle. Our server was attentive and friendly. The crab chowder was a hit with all of use! Individual selections were delicious and flavorful. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and service.

This was a lovely way to spend a Tuesday. The pairing were perfect and the portions worth the money. It's a great way to catch up with friends, or have a first date, or a couples night out. It's an excellent way to try items you wouldn't necessarily order. They do offer to-go containers because by the fourth course you may be full. I recommend this experience. Great value and the food is quality.

Server was excellent. Food was delicious. Each one of us enjoyed the bang bang shrimp appetizer and our entrees. I had the Chilean sea bass which comes highly recommended. The bread was so good that we had to order more. And the desserts were the perfect ending to a delightful meal.
