Chicken is really good but the person who making this chicken got a really bad attitude , was ordering chicken and he just don’t even care , I keep saying helllo, he just don’t bother , just stare at me , then the cashier arrive and take my order saying sorry.

This store follows NOTHING from the Krispy Krunchy Chicken website. They make their own Menu and they make their own prices! Do Not Go there if you're expecting to get the 2 tenders and wedges for $4 between 10 and 2. Do Not Got there expecting to get the You Pick 3 for $5.99. These deals don't exist at this store.

Every time I visit this location-female staff member behaves as if Im bothering her with my requests. Paying customers are suppose to make requests. Additional charges to rebutter a biscuit is not how you show customers your appreciation. I will take my business to the Greenbrier location!

It’s a great cook on the chicken, just a tad bit too salty for my preference. It’s on the verge of being over seasoned.

It's a Mom and Pop, One Stop Drop for me. I ultimately go for the Krispy Krunchy food items however always find myself like a kid in a candy store type feeling. The chicken is life changing and the biscuits take me back to the 80's when life/food was really good. Take (another chicken spot's puff(shall not be named) and make it into a biscuit!! Hott...they are the game changer and all your food is made fresh to order too. Swing by, you won't forget it!!

Chicken is neither Krispy or crunchy. The "Cajun" seasoning is just salt and pepper. The jambalaya is just mushy rice. It doesn't have any meat or flavor.

Nice selection, but absurdly overpriced. The same bag of peanuts that cost 70 cents at a nearby 7-11 are $1.75 here. The bag of chips that are $1.50 in the vending machine at work are $2.75 here.

What is the DEAL with the cook??? Lol! The public raves about the chicken meals BUT the customer service is on 00000. Perhaps the attitude is the added ingredient that gives a nice 'kick' to the chicken. I am torn between great crispy fried chicken for lunch and feeling mugged at the same time. Yikes!
