Y'all. Two weeks into meal delivery from Boxed Gourmet, and this busy professional can't say enough great things! The food is absolutely delicious, and the convenience can't be beat. It's like someone left me these magical leftovers which are perfectly cooked, seasoned, and portioned. Hello Fresh-type kits don't really work for me ‐ still more prep and cook time than I'm typically inclined to deal with on a week night. This has been the perfect solution!

The Surf Rider Restaurant became the favorite seafood spot for My Lady and me. Earlier this week we ventured there and we each ordered the Crab Cake and Fried Shrimp dinner. This was a big disappointment. The Crab Cake was one of the worst we’d ever had. Mine tasted more like mayonnaise than crab. Our server was great. But its the quality of food that attracts my money. Regretfully, Surf Rider just lost two customers.

we visited friends in VB in July when this corona rubbish was started to go silly in Pennsylvania. In VB people were saner and Surf Rider everything was cool. It is one of those places that locals probably don't write reviews about because they want to keep it for themselves and as is. And it is awesome. Great spot, amazing prizes, great service and of course superb food. I tried a couple of things and like all. My oyster po' boy was just scrumptious. I had a hard time taking bites because there were so many succulent and crunchy oysters in there! Fries were amazing, too. I wanted to go back every time but was overruled. Next time we are in VB I will make sure we go there evry day!

Food is delicious and well prepared. Who ever the chef's are they are doing a great job. The food is a little expensive, but it IS HIGH QUALITY. I ordered from *clean eatz* it was $128 for 21 meals. I have 3 people in my house. We all agree that out of 21 meals from clean eatz. Only about 12 were good. Clean eatz uses some type of shredded steak that is disgusting it taste like cat food. I would definitely recommend the gourmet food.

After co-workers requested more healthy food options, our department used Boxed Gourmet to cater this year's annual holiday luncheon. Easy to work with planning the menu before the event. On arrival, they were timely, polite and fast moving. Unpacked hotbox trays into their chafing dishes, then set up their food, beverages, and desserts quickly. FYI, decorations weren't part of the gig. Had a chance to chat with Ben, owner/chef. Nice guy with a neat backstory. Sadly, they forgot serving utensils but we had an emergency stash. Only other snag was they ran out of chicken halfway through the event. Still, I liked the health conscious, vitamin and macro-filled meal. I specifically enjoyed the warm carrots (yes I'm raving over carrots), roasted potatoes, and butternut squash/broccoli dish. Though the dessert variety looked tempting, I managed to resist the temptation to throw down.

Boxed gourmet is everything it says and more. The food is high quality and delicious. I have used them for their meals and for Easter dinner. Everyone raved about the food and the pineapple upside down cake!! They delivered the food right to my door. Love it!!! Worth every penny. The money saved traveling to and from grocery and on grocery items plus the not needed extras we always buy and the time saved PRICELESS!!!

The food is decent. The service however, is so unreliable that it's not worth the hassle. Mike also claims to make calls to check on the weekly changes which happened once out of 5 times for me. In addition, they sometimes close before there usual business times without a heads up.Requested changes didn't take place and I recommend you find a different food prep service, especially considering the price.
