Bravo! Italian Kitchen

First time visiting. Came for the Thanksgiving feast. The worst old fashioned I've ever had. Food was dry and bland. Paper on tables. Service could be improved. Poor excuse for fine dining.

Such an amazing experience. The restaurant is beautiful and perfect ambience. Our servers name “Cody Ryan” was incredible. Drinks and food came in perfect timing and everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely will visit again.❤️

I’ve always loved coming to this place and I will say that I absolutely understand the one star reviews, and the five star reviews. The majority of my trips to bravos have been great. Sometimes the service is slow, but you can read the room and see why. The food is delicious. But Sometimes you can tell that someone was rushed making the food. So my review is based on if you go there and it’s a good night. Bravos has a lot of nostalgia for me and one trip with slow service or an imperfect dish doesn’t sway me. All those words to say you can probably believe all the great reviews and all of the not so great reviews. It has been a variety of experiences with a majority being great.

Came in last week and it wasn’t bad but ok, decent. Food was a bit cold after taking awhile and service was ok. I decided to give it a second shot with the hubby yesterday. Well, lets just say I am very glad we did. Arielle was a rockstar. We told her our issues from last time, she told us she would make sure everything was going to be great today that she would ensure it and thanked us for giving Bravo a second shot. Job well Done. Even though it was very busy, we were taken care of phenomenally. She gave great suggestions, answered all questions we had, went above and beyond, and was so sweeet. We were truly impressed and will be retuning to ask for her as our waitress again!

One of the worst meals I’ve ever had. I ordered Scallopine and this dish looked and tasted nothing like that. Way too much cheese and tomato, neither of which the traditional dish has. The chicken was also terribly dry. The linguine side was like an after thought and no flavor. My husband ordered Veal Parmesan and it was overcooked and dry as well with barely any sauce. We went at 3:30 in the afternoon and not busy so there is no reason for these dishes not to have been cooked to perfection. We paid $75 for this meal so to say the food is overpriced is an understatement. It’s a complete rip off. I can definitely say I would never recommend this restaurant.

Amazing food, or atleast the food we finally got. Like the Calamari appetizer, and garlic bread. We booked a reservation at 8:30pm for a party of 8, was not seated until 9:20pm. Waiters and waitresses seemed to be forgetful taking orders, as half of us got the wrong order, got only a salad instead of the meal with it, or didn't get our food at all. Wait staff immediately walked off after putting the food on our table so we couldn't even stop them without shouting for their attention. It was busy, but to have so many mistakes made back to back and to not even stay to ask for even one person of the 8 people in the party was dissapointing.

Props to the kitchen staff, and the restaurant should get more wait staff. I'll probably come at a less busy day and time.

Hannah is an absolute rockstar behind the bar! Her positive energy is contagious and she brings the kind of vibe that instantly lifts the whole room. No matter how packed the place gets, she keeps that genuine smile going and never misses a beat. Her drinks are always on point she has this impressive ability to remember people and what they like.

What really sets her apart is how attentive she is. Even when she is juggling a full bar, she still checks in to make sure you are taken care of and never needing anything. For someone who can handle chaos with that much grace and still make you feel like the only person in the room, it is impressive!

Always enjoy stopping by when Hannah is bartending. She makes the whole experience better. Highly recommend!

Holly and Hanna are two of the best bartenders around. Friendly, fun, great drinks and service, the perfect amount of conversation.

Food & service was great.only bad thing is the table next to us their waiter must be a medical student was was talking lauding about illnesses & treatments that shouldn't be talked about while ppl are dining.
