Our sever was the only server in the restaurant and he also had to work the bar as well. Because he had to attend to all tables and the bar, it delayed our service. It seemed very unfair to him but he maintained a positive attitude despite being alone

Our food was delicious but the service was a struggle. We were all seated for at least 10 minutes before someone came by to ask if anyone had served us. We finally had a server come, he was very friendly and helpful about the menu . However, it took at least 15 min to get our drinks and then a while for for the food, I'm not really sure how long but a while. The food was great but then when we were finished, we waited a while but we had to finally flag down the server to get our checks which took another 15 or so minutes. We were a table of 8 but no one seemed to be helping our server at all and he had another large table. He was very pleasant but it was ridiculous to have to wait that long for everything. And sadly, we expected to be in and out within 2 hours but were not and one person got a ticket for being over 2 hours. Very annoying.

Excellent customer service however the food was just okay...I had the shrimp scampi..nothing fabulous due to lack of flavor, which is surprising since this is an Italian restaurant. I would return and try another dish. Our waitress was top notch however!

The salad “insalata Della casa” was delicious. Mom and 8 year old each ordered one and both ate the whole thing!! The salmon was great too - “Grilled Salmon Fresca” - the crispy shrimp. Napoli was good but a little bit spicy. The chocolate chip bread pudding, and the crème brûlée were both great for dessert

Bravo is my favorite restaurant for any occasion. We bring our staff here annually for our holiday dinner and they love it. From the appetizers to the main meal everything was delicious. Our favorite is the huge pork chops. We had a very attentive server and very patient with our large party. Thanks Bravo and we will see you next year.

My husband and I dined at Bravo's Christmas night. While I appreciate the opportunity to eat out on Christmas night, the dining experience was not enjoyable. The hostesses seems very stressed, our server was very nice but had a difficult time handling several tables in a timely fashion. The restaurant ran out of bread and did not offer any substitutions, which would have been great since the service was slow. There were several dishes unavailable, my second choice was chicken parm. The dish was dry and the chicken tough, and had prob a 1/8 cup of marinara sauce. Most likely we will not return.

We ate here for the first time on Christmas. We loved the ambiance and the food. Ariel, our server, went out of her way to accommodate me with a gluten free dessert. Thank you!!

Overall, everything felt a little scattered, yet the restaurant was fairly vacant for a holiday. Maybe because we were one of the last seatings and everyone was getting over it. Portions were large. Flavor was good but timing felt off.

Service was awful...waited an hour for our food. Dishes were either extremely salty or too spicy. We understand it was Christmas Eve but we go to Bravo's every Christmas Eve and this was extremely disappointing. We won't be back!

The bartender Hannah was really nice and energetic. Checked on us often and made great suggestions

First time visiting. Came for the Thanksgiving feast. The worst old fashioned I've ever had. Food was dry and bland. Paper on tables. Service could be improved. Poor excuse for fine dining.

Such an amazing experience. The restaurant is beautiful and perfect ambience. Our servers name “Cody Ryan” was incredible. Drinks and food came in perfect timing and everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely will visit again.❤️
