Food was great and good service. We came in early for our reservation and we were seated right away.

Bravo Italian Kitchen is one of those places that never disappoints with their service, food, and overall restaurant.

Food was decent. I ordered the burger and it was supposed to have white American cheese but came with yellow! Service was pretty good. We had a good time. Happy Hour is great at $8 for items. We were over charged for a happy hour drink and server, Cameron, took care of it right away.

Went early on a Saturday, and we were glad we did, as the crowd and the noise were minimal. We sat and took our time through courses. Delicious food with big portions - we each took some home. Tiramisu for a shared dessert was a perfect finish.

I went for my birthday because Fogo was booked omg not a good idea. Everything was wrong from the food to the drinks to the birthday person getting everything last to the person not knowing there was brovos rewards. Some things were forgotten. But it's my fault 100% wouldn't do it again.

Our large party was squished into small seating despite any other table that could have been added right next to us. The restaurant AC was broken and everyone was so hot during dinner. One meal, the veal parm had to be sent back and one of my guests called it “insulting.” Very disappointing.

The night we visited with a reservation for 9 people, the air conditioning was broken, and it was 80 degrees and humid in the restaurant. We asked, and they were working on it (it wasn't fixed while we were there). We couldn't move our large party someplace else (graduation weekend). Nothing was done by the restaurant to make us comfortable. While there was only a few tables in the restaurant and a full staff, our food was very slow. Our waitress wasn't friendly. It took 20 minutes for appetizers and another 15 for soup. We had to flag down staff for drink refills multiple times. No one bussed any of the appetizer plates, soup bowls or drink glasses, which accumulated because we got a new glass each time. We finally asked to have plates removed. When the food came, the food was great. A couple of us took it home because we'd been there for an hour plus, and it was too hot inside the restaurant to eat. We'd probably go back since this was an unusual situation and food was good, but we would refuse the same waitress.

We arrived at 545 and was told to wait because they were cleaning tables. We waited 15 mins past our reservation time to be seated. It was only after I asked the hostess about them cleaning a table did she tell me there was a mix up with the tables. We finally got to our table at 620 and there was no waiter assigned to our table. We sat for 15 mins while server's passed by left and right. I finally asked the waiter at the table beside us if he could assist us since we have been waiting 15 without any service. It took him about 5 mins to come back and told me we didn't have a waiter assigned to us but he would help us out. Once he came back we placed our orders and the food was great and his service was awesome. The hostess need to have more training on how to interact with the customers and tell them if there is a problem instead of lying about cleaning tables for 15 mins and not keeping up updated in the current situation. Maybe they were overwhelmed due to it being Mother's Day but management should have had that under control.

Good food served by an attentive wait staff. Portions were a little small for the price when compared to the competition, but still an enjoyable meal. I will probably return.

We were seated on the outdoor terrace. The food was satisfactory, but unfortunately, nine out of fifteen tables were left uncleaned with soiled dishes and paper littering the surrounding area. Our waiter failed to provide any assistance during our meal and had to be summoned to check out when it was time.

We had a wonderful time. Our server Savannah was great, so friendly, attentive, and funny. Food was delicious.

Went to Bravo location in Town Center Virginia Beach. Only reason we gave it another try was it was within walking distance of the Theater we just attended. Story to say they were consistently bad. To start with bread was hot but stale. Side copped side salads were the best part of the meal but a little heavy on the dressing. Lasagna that my wife ordered was just ok - portion size was good. I ordered Pasta Bravo. Pene noodles were way under cooked. The mushrooms and chicken did not taste fresh. They were also very tough! ordered some red wine by the glass. Not sure if the open bottle was properly stored. Tasted a little oxidized. Bottom line- felt like the food served here was just not super fresh. Won't be back.

Food and service were on point, Good place to go for lunch or dinner before a function at the Sandler.
