Went to bravos during happy hour last night. Met Hanna, she was awesome and quick. She handled everyone with respect. No matter whether the person was nice to her or not. I will go back just for her customer service. She was efficient and just awesome.

I have been to bravos two times in the past and my daughter wanted to throw her 16th birthday dinner here and I obliged her even though my past experiences was not well. I spent close to $600 and the food was trash. The pasta wasn’t cooked all the way, and their house salad was trash n sweet tea was just brown water! You guys have to do better for you to be in town center of the heart of the location of Virginia Beach. This is unacceptable and especially on a Saturday one of your busiest times. The service was sad I had 23 guest here to eat dinner. And half of us agreed that we would not be back.

The food was very good! The atmosphere was perfect, the tables aren’t on top of each-other like a lot of restaurants. Holly our server was fantastic - wonderful service and very personable. Had a great time celebrating my friend’s bday here. Highly recommend.

Bravos has went down since Covid, me and my family went there on Sunday March 24. It was 16 of us, we made reservations online and confirmed them ahead of time, so they were expecting us. We had a waiter who was not good, after he took our drink order we had to continue to ask for refills. I ordered chicken Marsala which is suppose to come with mashed potatoes and veggies but When the plate was put in front of me there was French fries and ketchup on my plate. I asked the waiter where was my mashed potatoes his answer was “ oh we are out of mashed potatoes so I gave you French fries” I said no that’s not the way to handle that you were supposed to let me know that you were out of mashed potatoes, the waiter continues on with given others there food like I was not talking to him, and proceeded to head back to the kitchen when one of my friends at the table stopped him and said she don’t want those fries can you give her anything else , then the waiter says i can give you some sweet potatoes, at this point I was already disappointed so i just yea, but i did not eat my food . How are you going to eat chicken Marsala without mashed potatoes there to soak up the juice. That just messed up the night for me, we might as well went to Olive Garden. That’s what we will do next time. Some of the others in my group were not happy with there food either, some this was there first and last time.

I have never had such a sad excuse for Alfredo sauce in my life. I brought a party of 5 for a birthday. I was so embarrassed. None of us liked the milky watery substance you tried to pass off as Alfredo sauce. I'm used to real butter, cream, or half and half, with real cheese. This was absolutely awful. I'll stick with Amedeo's, Carrabba's, Spaghetti Warehouse, or even Ynot before I ever eat here again.

Fast and friendly service. Reasonable prices. The bread sticks were amazing. I had the lasagna the first visit. Big portions, but not too heavy. Next visit I had the Chicken Milanase (Crispy Lemon Chicken). Also great.

Good food, good service and good company. A few meals I would recommend are the Lobster and Shrimp Fettuccine and the Chicken Marsala. The drinks were great! We had a few the first day and went back the second day for a few more drinks. Everything was clean and there was no wait. Great

Very good service!! I can't speak for all servers or bartenders today but remember these names: Chris and Toya.If you make reservations at Bravo, ask for Chris to be your server and, if you are getting drinks, get them from Toya!I started the night with another bartender that didn't even know how an old fashion was, then Toya came to the rescue! She was great!Chris was very attentive, super friendly, and his recommendations from the menu were excellent!Very well done Chris and Toya, ya'll made Bravo look good! and a restaurant I want to come back to!
