Amazing food quality. Selection and then the service pulls it all together. Place to go 3 meals per day.
If you haven't been to Brickhouse Diner, you are definitely missing out. My sister and I went here to for a little birthday breakfast, and it was beyond a treat.
She had their buscuits and gravy combo with scrambled eggs and home fries. The biscuits were fresh, soft, and heavenly. It is topped with the perfect amount of gravy. Eggs scrambled with cheese and a nice portion of hot home fries. The serving was plentiful, and she did not walk away hungry. After the meal, she had to fight her way home because she wanted to take a nap immediately.
I had the French toast combo. Two thick slicks of French toast topped with a dollap of creamy butter. Two perfect eggs, fried hard, bacon, and some fried apples. Let's just say. Not much conversation was going on at the table.
The atmosphere was welcoming and polite. The staff was warm, informative, and attentive. They made sure we did not need/want anything and had everything we needed. This place is now on our list of top places to go for breakfast.

We just tried this diner for the first time this afternoon and it did not disappoint. Every thing was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I ordered the club wrap with loaded fries (definitely worth the slight up charge) and he got the Ceasar wrap with pasta salad. We both were very happy with our meals. Great portions and extremely good prices. We will definitely be back again.

Amazing Strawberry Mimosas 🍓, the Eggs Benedict was noteworthy. Delicious food, great service!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options available. I had crispy hashbrowns instead of an English muffin for my eggs Benedict. This meal was on point!

My job is to support intellectually disabled adults to navigate their community independently and safely as possible. Today we visited the Brick House Diner. The service was amazing. Mandy served us; she spoke to my folks and assisted them with decisions about food. Normally my folks are not spoken to or barely acknowledged she was by far an Angel. We will be returning and hope she will be available to serve us.

Great pancakes, not so great management. I brought my young children to brunch and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals, but while we were waiting for our checks to come back my one year old was becoming antsy, as one year olds do. The very sweet older waitress came to try to distract her and make her happy and the female manager yelled across the entire restaurant at her for interacting with my child and brought her to the back. I spoke with the owner who told me he would handle it, but I asked to speak with the waitress because I had no issue with her actions and wanted to make sure she was okay. The waitress came out in tears. I asked the waitress to grab her managers again and explained to them that the way this was handled was entirely inappropriate and out of line. You should not discipline and humiliate your employees in front of your customers. I cannot imagine a single reason why your employee should be crying after what should have been a simple reprimand. Other customers waiting to be seated approached me to agree with what I said. The female manager condescendingly told me that if it were her child she would want someone to step in. Clearly my parenting standards are not where hers are. Additionally they both told me the waitress was hard of hearing(not sure why this matters?). I responded that they could approach her and discreetly speak with her about it. Either way, read the room. I was smiling as she interacted with my daughter and very clearly comfortable. They were very insincere with their apology, but I’m happy that I could cheer Kathy up and I sincerely hope she finds a better employer. To reiterate, peanut butter banana pancakes were wonderful, waitresses were awesome, be kinder to people.

I've been to this diner twice so far, and both times were fantastic! The first time, I had the traditional burger with fries—it was absolutely delicious. The second time, I tried the gyro, and it was just as amazing. The service here is top-notch. Our waitresses were so kind and attentive, making the experience even better. I definitely recommend checking out this diner!
Kid-friendliness: They provide children with crayons and paper.

The food was really good. The pancakes, grits, sausage...all of it was good. The service was excellent, and they brought the food out fairly quickly, especially for a Sunday brunch, after church.
