I am so sad! This place used to be so good. Quality was great but has lost its way. Portion size has dropped dramatically while price sure hasn’t. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and there was only sausage on half of the sandwich. From other reviews I’m reading it appears this is the new Brooklyn. I hope something changes

We have been going to Brooklyn Bagels for several years. I’ve never had a reason to complain, until today. Selling burnt bagels to customers isn’t cool. Come on, you guys can do better!!
