This was my first time having Bruster's ice cream and it exceeded my expectations. I got a large waffle cone with Brookie, Graham Canyon, and Southern Banana Pudding. Surprisingly, the banana pudding ice cream was my favorite. I was very thankful they use cone holders that have drip trays! It was about 86 outside, not sunny but very humid and a little windy. There was only one worker doing drive thru, online and walkup orders. So wait time was slightly elevated. We got two ice creams both of which were delightful.

This was the first time I visited this place. The two young ladies that was working was fast professional and friendly. They did a great job handling the customers even though they were short staffed. The only thing that I did not like was the way the owner showed up and was talking to one of the employees very rudely. He did not apologize to the customers that was standing there for their wait.
