This was the first time I visited this place. The two young ladies that was working was fast professional and friendly. They did a great job handling the customers even though they were short staffed. The only thing that I did not like was the way the owner showed up and was talking to one of the employees very rudely. He did not apologize to the customers that was standing there for their wait. He then went inside and started to micro manage the two workers and go behind...
While the ice cream was amazing, everything else was not. The ladies working there didn’t look happy at all. I ordered for a small cup and asked if she can add just half, for medical reasons. She said yes. But charged me the same price. The attitude was not bad, but so cold. Not even a hi or goodbye. Sad the ice cream is so good, but customer service….can be better.
My mom has been coming once a week for two years for the “death by chocolate” and is very upset that it now has less brownies and chocolate chips. They claim it’s the same but then I tried and she is right — they’re really skimping on the ingredients now.
