I came here tonight and had such a good experience. Mica is truly a rockstar. There were a few people in line and even though she was the only worker on a Saturday night, she made sure to take the time to be polite and professional to everyone. She was quick with the orders but still did everything perfectly. I will definitely be back!

I've driven past Bruster's nearly every day for over 2 years and never once stopped for ice cream despite telling myself I should... well, today was the day, and they did not disappoint.The line does take longer to get through than you would think, but I was grateful for it because the options are extensive. It took the 10 minutes that I was in line to take in the menu and make a decision. I had the turtle in a waffle cone. The cone is sweet, flaky, and delicious. The ice cream was chocolaty, nutty, and oh-so-satisfying.I've been looking for an ice cream place to go to when that craving hits, and I've hit the jackpot. I can't wait to go back and try more of their flavors.

They offer a range of flavors, with each scoop bursting with creamy and delightful goodness that you can't help but marvel at how delicious their ice cream is.However, I must point out that the service can be a bit slow at times, which might bring down the overall experience. The staff members work tirelessly, but during busy periods, the wait time can be prolonged.Despite that, once you are served, they deliver their ice cream fresh and satisfyingly creamy! It offers customers a lovely treat that is bound to make you crave for more. Bruester's is an excellent place to bring your family together for an unforgettable outing and a great place to hang out with friends.To conclude, while the service can be slow during busy periods, the ice cream of Bruester's is still incredibly delicious, making it the perfect spot for all of your ice cream needs!

Tonight my 9 year old daughter wanted Brusters and we came out. We arrived at 8:57 and I waited behind another couple. When they were finished and left we went to counter and we were told that it was now 9:02 and they were closed. Would it have killed the employees to give my 9 year old daughter a scoop of ice cream. I'm now dealing with a crying child. Unbelievable!

I just had Brusters just a couple weeks ago and it was delicious! I got the Peanut Butter Sundae, This is the best Brusters in the area! The Boulevard Brusters is way more expensive. They also have bad customer service. The Indian River Brusters is the best. Definitely would try again my server was really nice!
