We came in for an early dinner and while we were seated quickly our table was dirty. A few tables around us also looked like they needed cleaned but despite the empty area we sat in no one was coming to clean them. We waited for some time before our server came which if she was the only one working that is completely understandable. She was great. The roach that climbed over my husband's boot however was not. We won't be returning to this location any time soon and I do hope that there are improvements made.

Food was cold and the service was super slow don't ever come to this buffalo wild wings. they ruined my promotion ceremony dinner I hate this place so much.

The initial service started off great, but took a drastic nosedive once we placed an order. It took just over 45min from placing my order to getting my dinner. Overall i was in the restaurant for about an and 15min, the appetizers didn't require as long a wait. And in my hour and 15min at the table, I didn't get a refill until I got my check.

And when I finally got my food, it seemed barely more warm than room temp. Utterly disappointed from top to bottom here.

I was super surprised and disappointed with the service. Sat at the bar around 11:45 pm today (7/25), waited 10 mins to be greeted. She dropped off menus and we waited another 10 mins and she never returned.. There was legit 8 people at the bar. My boyfriend had to shout at her for a water which she never made, but then took a food order from the people directly next to us and got their drinks quickly. We own a restaurant and i've never in my life felt compelled to talk to a manager. We're the easiest money you'll ever make. We chose to leave & eat elsewhere. The service here is terrible. I waited a very long time for a table, but the staff didn't seem to know which customers arrived first. They made me wait while they took the order from a table that arrived after me. And every time I come here, I always have to wait a very long time for a staff member to take my order.

Look, man. I’m not trying to be that guy but management needs to get it together and do some serious retraining with the staff here. I’m super unbothered and laid back but I’ve got to write this to dissuade others from going here.

Walked in and no one greeted us at the front for over 5 minutes. We just stuff there at the cash register / entrance area awkwardly. Got seated and took over 10 minutes to meet our server. Food came out quick but then we legitimately didn’t see our server again for 30 minutes. We were missing items, needed refills, and didn’t see a soul. There was a father with his daughters who just got up and left after being seated for probably 15 minutes or longer. We could see the kitchen and the younger staff were all in there on phones laughing. The place was totally dead in there and the 3 tables that were seated were being completely disregarded.

I would recommend going to another location. The food was great though, so at least the cooks know what’s up.

If I could leave less than one star I would continuously ignored by our server. I can promise I won’t bring my family back here count on that. Even though food was good. But service severely lacking

I am a doordash driver, I have never eaten there. The place looks clean and the customers seem to be enjoying their food, but, most times I'm the only one sitting on a bench waiting for a doordash and they take absolutely forever, I think this is a plus because I get paid for every minute I sit there!

Wings tasted like rubber. Terrible.

I love coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings as a delivery driver and customer.
I have had many encounters with Marie, and she is just a ray of sunshine. Her smile and sweetness make it worth it. She is quick and prompt and is a hard worker!

We wanted 15 minutes just to get drinks and there was only maybe 10 people in the entire resturaunt....

Ordered take out to be ready at 6pm. Arrived at 6:05 and was told waiting on one item in order to be finished. 45 mins later and food was still not ready. Order finally came out at 7pm. Food was cold and thrown together. Extremely disappointed.
