Buffalo Wild Wings

Just walked in and wasn't greeted at all. Stood there for 7 minutes while 3 employee's stood together talking to each other laughing and joking. Then we counted 8 tables and only 1 table had food. We left when 1 of the 3 talking walked up to a table that was sitting there the whole time and asked them for their drink order. Very poorly run place!

Ate there with my family last night, 12/09/25. First off table and silverware was Sticky and disgusting. We asked the Host to wipe it she just gave us Napkins!! The Host was Ignorant, she kept ignoring us and there was only 4 tables being used!! The food mainly the Wings where horrible so dry and hard. Told the Host after she saw only ate then spit it out into napkin, asked to remake she ignored us the rest of the Visit. Very unprofessional. By No means am I a Karen id just like So form of service. So we decided to leave early and since we got NO help we asked for Togo boxes. She gave us 4 small for a sampler,wings, 2 Burgers, potato wedges,and chicken tenders, nothing was eaten or barely eaten due to cold or Dry. #BuffaloWildWings .spent over 150$ will never eat at this place again. Teach your hosts some Manners.

I ordered wings and fries. My fries were hard and a few. When I took them back in the store, they just dumped new burnt fries on my old burnt fries. Very disappointed.

If you’re looking for a good place that always delivers, this is the spot for you! With a large menu, there is bound to be something for everyone no matter whether you are a wimp like me and stick to the garlic Parmesan wings or lean more towards super spicy like my husband and get the mango habanero wings.

Ordered 20 wings, which many were well over cooked. Some wings were not edible, dried and tough. Some wings even had feathers on it which were fried and covered in sauce. Where is their quality assurance team.

The chicken was dry and fried hard and extra crispy it was not order that way. I was charged 99 cent for a small container of ranch dressing. This is the last time I will eat there. I don’t normally do reviews but after spending $23 dollars on disappointing food is leaving me still hungry. I’m PO that I am throwing away food. I don’t waste food. This is ridiculous. Also one of my chicken wings still had feathers that was fried and smothered with sauce.

This was one of the worst experiences my and myself have encountered. So many times were dirty ( they were not busy when we arrived) the food was disgusting. Fries ice cold, onion rings tasted like old burnt oil. The patty melts had an off taste to the meat and the wings were rubbery. I do not recommend this location at all. Our server never once checked in to even see how things were even as we sat there is disgusted faces. Never will we go again.
