It was a pickup order online. BWW makes it easy to order. They were On Time. The food was great. The wings have the right size and correct sauce. It is still pricey, but that's everywhere.

I ordered the chicken tenders and hot wings. The tenders weren't edible. They were over cooked and over breaded. The hot wing sauce was throw on and not very appetizing either. Not sure who is cooking now because the tenders are usually really good.

Stopped by on a Saturday 3/2 around 2:30. About 30 people at various tables. More than half tables were empty in diningroom and bar. Most of them unbussed. We were greeted by 2 hostesses and told only tables available were in the bar area. Same situation there, 5 tables waiting to order, 6 tables covered in trash. Sad part is that no one there could take the time to run thru with a trash can and clear them all in about 3 minutes. Everything is served on paper after all. Disappointed and left after about 15 minutes of sitting there along with 5 other tables and not even being acknowledged.

Restaurant was nasty with tables full of dirty trays and food piled up. Waited 15 minutes and know came to table to ask if we wanted anything. No sign of store manager on floor!!! Very disappointed in appearance of restaurant. Won't be back

I went to this BWW twice now. Both times, I ordered 6 small boneless wings and that chocolate cake. Both times, they forgot the ice cream with the chocolate cake. Also, I think it's ridiculous that 6 small boneless wings cost 10 dollars. Also, they charge 10 dollars for a slice of chocolate cake (forgetting the ice cream). My husband and I go out to dinner twice a month, I think next time we will actually go to a nice place where we can get a better quality meal for the same price. The service we've had both times are terrible. The servers we had are very cold.

I was at BWW for lunch as usual today. For the third time, they're bringing dried-up hot wings and ice-cold French fries to the table. Every time I complained, they say they can change it, so they must know what they're bringing. If you don't say anything, they'll serve you the leftover meal. Barmaid, After talking to the manager Bobby, he gave a $1.95 discount. I paid n left after a few bite. The quality isn't the same as it used to be at this location anymore for some reason.
Ordered from grubhub. Whoever checked my food order when they handed it to the grubhub attended did not check to see if it was the right entree. I was told to reorder my food and drive over to pick it up. No thanks. Won't order ever again from here.
