The service àt this location was not good
Kat was very rude to me and the three people I went with, and she got my order wrong multiple times in a row, even after I pointed at it on the menu she gave me the wrong thing. It wasn't a difficult request either. It was just a specific drink listed on the menu.
Also the utensils were dirty when we got them, they had food all over them. Overall gross experience, I'm not coming back.
Great place to grab different bar foods! Wings were good all flavors we tried. Bring your wallet cause they are pricey on everything.

The waitstaff was outstanding – friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to please. They elevated our entire visit.
I really dislike to do reviews but this is just ridiculous my food was missing and condiments which I paid for was not with my huge order. This is every single time I order from them. My suggest please just reviews orders before sending out orders to customers.
The bartender Kevin understands what customer service is supposed to be. He is a great asset to this location.

The wait staff will harsh your vibes and that ruins the atmosphere. Foods good, but just door dash or smth, those guys deserve a tip.

Man you are killing your servers with the stove being down. Get a grill and cook burgers out back or something. The servers need tips and you need customers to survive
Poor service takes more than 30 min to enter and another 30 to take the order.

It’s a literal wing place yet it takes 30 days for you to get your wings. Waitress was amazing, nothing wrong with her.
My 1st time visiting after work, with my husband. He enjoyed the bar, and sports on each tv! I really enjoyed this atmosphere and everyone was very respectful and professional! I definitely will recommend this BWW to my friends, my coworkers, and family! Thank you everyone on this night shift deserved praise and a raise! This place really made me happy!
