A friend and I had the 2 for $19.99 deal. He had a cheeseburger and onion rings and I had 10 boneless wings with teriyaki and Asian zing sauce and fries. And we both had sodas as part of the deal! We both really enjoyed our meals, but I thought the Asian zing sauce was a little spicier than I had expected, but it was still good! Our server was friendly and took good care of us, and we got our drinks and food quickly! It was a little noisy as it is essentially a sports bar, but my friend and I could hear each other talking without having to yell. We both had a wonderful experience!

Last time I was in I ordered pick up. Arrived around the time estimated to be ready, instead I waited for another hour and a half after the expected time all while watching other orders wait for 30+ minutes come and go, customers waiting to be seated for extended times without being acknowledged. And at most 2 staff on the floor and more people at the bar than seated. But today I decided to give them another chance. But do deliver through the app so if I waited long it at least would be in the comfort of my home, my mistake. Order arrived in a reasonable amount of time considering, but the fries were overcooked, hard and inedible, half the wings I ordered came un-sauced, and other items just missing all together. I’m not going to blame the dasher either as the receipts on to go bags show that things like drinks and amount of bags should be marked and signed off by staff and they were not. And the delivery time was not long enough for poor food quality. I’ve given this location enough try’s but each time I’m either waiting and wasting my time, or getting missing and incorrect orders. Once is an accident. Over and over shows it’s a problem

I went to B Dubs today around 2:00 PM and observed the most lethal lack of customer service ever. I observed two older women standing at the door for almost 10 minutes before they were assisted. One of the associates, I believe his name was Sean, was standing on the phone, unbothered by the customers that were standing waiting to be assisted. He did not stop his conversation to assist them and left his other associate to take care of the customers. I observed one of the other associates I believe her name of Tink trying to assist the customers that were waiting. She appeared to be seeking assistance from the associate but again he continued to ignore her as he was still on the phone. I observed another associate who was a guy in a black shirt who seemed to not be of any assistance to the associates either as he stayed in the back. He appeared to be maybe a manager. The associate Tink was working to help me while she juggle other tasks and customers. The associate Sean seemed to be too busy to assist me. He was trying to be in people’s conversations and was walking around not doing much of anything. I was trying to order more food for take out but no one else came back to the table. The associate Sean continued to do other tasks and didn’t bother to come check in with me. It was not busy so I am not sure why service was the way that it was.

I dined in at this location with a friend for lunch and I was greeted which took a while and was sat in a booth. I had to wait a while for someone to cover to take the order. A young man by the Sean took my order after 30 minutes of waiting due to him taking a phone call at the front counter which caused me to lose patience. I was very upset and the manager Tink was very kind and understanding about the situation. She made sure to take care of me and my friend while Sean walked around the restaurant offering no help. Sean walked over to the other side of the restaurant multiple times while Tink took care of guest, took orders, ran orders (including take out), and dealt with other complaints that were being filed against Sean. I asked Tink if she was okay due me noticing how hard she was working.
She stated that she was fine which made me grow concern for her. Sean was not a pleasant young man and was very helpful.
I couldn't believe that no one helped the manager at all!

By for the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The waiter looked like they could’ve cared less about her job. After waiting for 10 minutes sitting we finally got our drink orders and wings put in. After confirming boneless wings the order was put in. Wings came out in 20 minutes and were the wrong kind (there is a price difference). After waiting about another 30 ish minutes after not seeing the server we asked for our wings to go. After paying $45 for an attitude and 4 drinks just save your money and go somewhere else. The manager also was no help.

Didn't get a server or drinks we were sitting for 30 minutes and it was my mother's birthday and we weren't even acknowledged,he was more concerned of cleaning tables and waiting for the kitchen to get food ready for previous tables and had the odacity to walk past our table after delivering food and looked us in the eye w/o a proper acknowledgement or service,its the holiday season and they should be properly staffed and have better customer service

Brought my staff for our Christmas party we were there at 530. No other big parties yet and just a few people there. Everyone ordered. Appetizers came out in about 15 minutes. Our food did not. We waited an hour and a half for our food. Kept be told the kitchen was backed up. Parties that came in way after us were getting their food. 2 hrs later a few of us got our food. One of them told them to just forget it and give us our checks. Absolutely horrible. Thanks for ruining our Christmas party

My team and I went there, just like last year for our Christmas party. We were seated around 5:45. There was nobody but us in there. As the place started to fill up we wondered where our food was. As other tables were getting theirs and came in an hour later. It was 7:30 before any of the entrée came out. Most didn't get theirs till 7:44 and just took them home. One coworker never even got hers. To wait two hours for food is ridiculous on top of being over cooked or the wrong order.

Walked in.... Customers were walking out telling me and my son your gonna be waiting we been standing at the door for 30 min with NO greeting from anyone or anyone telling us I will be right with you.... but me and my son took a chance really wanted some wings.... But the customers were not making it up.... 5 tables had customers and the server looked at us and kept it moving No greeting or anything..... They were looking like they were avoiding us in hopes that we would leave... so I gave them what they wanted as well as the 8 customers behind me waiting for some kind of service..... Horrible, Horrible,Horrible place.... this was 11/28/2025... 3:05pm to 3:47pm...

Food and waitress was subpar but the tall black gentleman with the long locs was very helpful and attentive even tho he was not our waiter. Came back checking on us and fixing mistakes. His customer service was great !
I can not speak for daily operations at this location. The day I went 12Nov2025 around 1330. The service and food was amazing. One complaint I do have is the manning available during opening times. The bartender was working the bar, the entire dinning room area, and seating guest. Yet Rick did it all without a frown or complaint. He moved with a purpose and made sure everyone was taken care of. Emmanuel was great as well. He assisted the kitchen, brought food out, closed customers out at the register and more. I recommend these two individuals get some sort of compensation (raise). I rather go to a restaurant earlier in the day because usually it's a more mature staff working.

A group of colleagues and I met up to watch the fight. I arrived early and waited at the bar. After about 30 minutes, the manager apologized to the guest next to me and told him they were remaking his order. Another 30 minutes passed, and the man, clearly frustrated, paid for his two beers and left. He had waited more than an hour with no food.
My colleagues arrived, and we were seated. I ordered boneless wings. About 40 minutes later, the server came out with bone-in wings. When I told her the order was wrong, she insisted I had ordered regular wings, even though my entire table heard me ask for boneless. The argument was unnecessary and unprofessional.
Another 35 minutes passed before I received the correct order, which arrived half cold.
The experience was well below standard in both service and food quality.
