When I complained about having to wait 20 mins for a single burger the mgr Tynesha Spence, refused to make my burger, would not refund my money, lied about how to cancel the order and finally CALLED THE POLICE because I refused to leave without the food I HAD PAID FOR! It was my mistake to ONCE again patronize this restaurant that is ALWAYS VERY SLOW!! So instead of just making my burger, or refunding my money, she reveals how BK mgrs. treat their customers! Granted she was under staffed but antagonism towards customers is misdirected.☹

Horrible service and even worse food. Waited nearly 24minutes for my food after not being acknowledged for 10.
Ended up in the hospital because if this visit. When i messaged customer sevice, including my hospital bill,they begged me to accept a $5 coupon and REVIST THE LOCATION. Avoid this location like covid and the plague

I went there on 12/6. I ordered 3 bacon double cheeseburgers and large fried. The bacon cheeseburgers basically had zero bacon them. It was a pinch of bacon. terrible waste of $18 for nothing. I called the manager today (Wednesday) and she was so RUDE and NASTY. She basically accused me of lying and stealing. I did not complain fast enough for her it seems. I guess I have to work on her schedule even though I am the customer and a unhappy one at that. She tried to talk fast and over me the entire time. She made up examples and again was completely rude and nasty. She stated she would do nothing to resolve the issue. Please do not eat here. The food is not what you pay for. The manger is rude and nasty. The parking lot with abandoned cars. What has happened to this once proud company?

What the hell happened to this place?!?!
Within one week, they took items off the menu and acted like it was never there and treat you like you’re crazy. We’ve been coming here for over two decades and it’s been on the menu my daughter’s entire life so I know it was a thing.
The people were rude, there was a homeless guys lounging in the booth who desperately needed a shower, the drink machine was out of 80% of its options, the lid was open to the ice portion and dust was falling into it from the over hang.
The dining area was filthy, the tables weren’t wiped down and it smelled awful.
How can this place go from great to garbage in two weeks?!
I’ll go to Lynnhavens if I want Burger King, this place is a mess and a half!

UNCLEAN/TERRIBLE!!! Upon arriving at the drive thru the employee refused to speak up so I could understand the price of my order and could not get my order right. After finally placing my order there was very long 15 minute wait for hashbrowns and French toast sticks. After receiving the food it was (Nasty Greasy and Undone) After calling back manager (Alan) agreed to give me a refund while whispering something rude under his breath. Employees Very unclean alot of coughing and random people In And Around kitchen DO NOT EAT HERE

I went this morning through the drive-through, a young lady with dreads in her hair was very very, very rude for one. I sit there for a minute without no one saying anything I proceed to say hello a few times finally she came to the mic asked for my order, I immediately gave her my order because I knew exactly what I wanted. She asked me to pull up to the window as I’m sitting there at the window. She’s on her cellular phone talking to someone about customers saying hello and not being ready to order their order. This is very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend no one to go to this Burger King because of that young lady I don’t have her name because she did not give me my receipt

terrible food. was excited to try the briskeg burger that thing was absolutely awful.
drink machine had absolutely nothing to chose from everything was out of stock.

We haven't had BK in a while. Food if eaten there, like we did, is good. But wow, has the sandwiches shrunk while prices rose! A black man, I didn't get his name, was wearing a black uniform, and was the supervisor/naher. He was extremely friendly, efficient, and polite.
