Did not provide a receipt and did not include part of my order. BK customer service refuses to provide assistance without the receipt -- which they did not provide.... No option but to reverse the charges.

Burger King is already a joke. But my burger waiting in line just a long as I did, as both me and the burger were cold once leaving the store. I rarely say this, but don’t give this place a visit.

Ask for a sauce for my wife to dip her fries into and yall want to charge me 45 cents..THEN go to get my onion rings that came with my LARGE Wendy Adam's meal but NO yall did not put them in the bag. So now I'm home, SHOULD I HAVE TO CHECK MY BAG, OR SHOULD YOU JUST DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY!?!?

Ordered online for pick up in drive through. I was across the street at another business and headed over within 10 minutes of ordering, thinking that should be enough time for my order to be ready. I drove into the drive through where I sat at the speaker for 15 minutes before anyone helped me. I let them know that I ordered online and gave the name. I pulled to the window where I was told to go park up front. Another 20 minutes went by of sitting and waiting. I drove back around to the drive through to cancel my order because this wait was insane. The lady told me that my food hadn't even been started when I arrived but I can wait there at the window since it was nearly done. I waited over an hour for FAST FOOD. My order was wrong, I ordered a Wednesday whopper meal and got a regular whopper (pictured) which cost more. The chicken on the wraps was stale. So in the end, I didn't eat this food. What a waste of money. This is the worst BK in Hampton Roads. I contacted customer service and after one email asking for more information, I have heard nothing. It's been a week.

Avoid this location, there are reasons the parking lot is empty. Lazy employees, could care less about giving you the correct order. Corporate needs to pay a visit here.
I have been calling this location for the past 20min back to back because they messed up my order after I SPECIFICALLY said Impossible whopper cooked in the MICROWAVE and it gets cooked on the grill. I ordered a 8pc fiery mozzarella got charged for the chicken and then got 4 pieces. I could not turn around and return it as I was on the hwy to work but I WILL be up there tomorrow to speak with a manager about this and get my money back.

The food, a spicy chicken sandwich AND a spicy chicken wrap, was awful. The tangy dip you get for the onion rings had more zest than both combined! The up side was the cashier, Amanda. She asked what I'd like to order, I said some common sense. She laughed and joked with me about it for a minute. But the food was awful.

I went to the drive through and we ended up sitting there for almost 30 minutes without moving at all. Then one I got my food I asked for no cheese no tomato and no onion and I got cheese tomato and onions. This is the 3rd time that I’ve gone there that they have messed up my food order

Completely grossed out at the man working the drive-thru window this afternoon between 1-2PM. I could hear him coughing and hacking behind the closed window each time he closed it before handing me our receipt/drinks/food. Didn’t say a word to me or make eye contact either. He should not have had contact with customers OR handling of any food. At the very least, he should have been wearing a mask. Just bad.
