We haven't had BK in a while. Food if eaten there, like we did, is good. But wow, has the sandwiches shrunk while prices rose! A black man, I didn't get his name, was wearing a black uniform, and was the supervisor/naher. He was extremely friendly, efficient, and polite.

placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup. Took forever to get through the drive thru and there was only one car in front of me. I had to ask if anyone was there when I got to the speaker. athey asked me to hold, sat there for at least 3 or 4 mins, finally said I have a mobile order, can I just pull up, she said yes. Sat at the window for a min, they informed me they didn't have Dr Pepper, which was 2 of my 3 drinks. Food was hot, employee was nice, but the service was very poor.

I came in when I was really busy, and they were a little overwhelmed it took like 15 minutes to order. However, the food was hot and fresh. I can really get mad at the time because the people in front of me placed a $90 order beforehand so basically taking everything so the wait was acceptable. How i would like the speed of service to increase and order taking. The bathroom was clean and lobby was clean other then speed i can't really complain

I recently moved to the area. I am single and work long hours and rarely have time to cook for myself, so lately, I have tried a few nearby fast food locations. This Burger King is by far the best. The manager Danisha (Ms. D) is wonderful and her associate Brianna is very upbeat and cordial. The food is hot and not a "hot mess" like their competition across the lot. Thank you for a good experience!

stumbled into a Va Beach Burger King for a cup of coffee on a 2 week vacation and ended up putting it on my morning agenda until I left. What a team Chris(a young manager) always telling his co-workers he appreciates them. Robin who is a bit older and obviously a stellar wise multifunctional lady. Even the young man seem to be a well oiled machine. Clean! (even bathrooms) & fresh soft biscuits .. All amidst the homeless population and all the other chain fast foods that are dirty, WiFi broken, .. don’t go there.. One or 2 days then this nasty rude manager didn’t open the doors on time 1/2 hour late. So I knocked on the door and was met with “You didn’t have to do all that!” Wow I guess every work place has a bad eggs.. So refreshing to see a really Amazing folks working & batch fryin it and then this Tanesha (? Name) lazy & rude yelling at her co-workers.. When I come back I hope she is gone! Great team!!

Did not provide a receipt and did not include part of my order. BK customer service refuses to provide assistance without the receipt -- which they did not provide.... No option but to reverse the charges.

Burger King is already a joke. But my burger waiting in line just a long as I did, as both me and the burger were cold once leaving the store. I rarely say this, but don’t give this place a visit.

Ask for a sauce for my wife to dip her fries into and yall want to charge me 45 cents..THEN go to get my onion rings that came with my LARGE Wendy Adam's meal but NO yall did not put them in the bag. So now I'm home, SHOULD I HAVE TO CHECK MY BAG, OR SHOULD YOU JUST DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY!?!?

Ordered online for pick up in drive through. I was across the street at another business and headed over within 10 minutes of ordering, thinking that should be enough time for my order to be ready. I drove into the drive through where I sat at the speaker for 15 minutes before anyone helped me. I let them know that I ordered online and gave the name. I pulled to the window where I was told to go park up front. Another 20 minutes went by of sitting and waiting. I drove back around to the drive through to cancel my order because this wait was insane. The lady told me that my food hadn't even been started when I arrived but I can wait there at the window since it was nearly done. I waited over an hour for FAST FOOD. My order was wrong, I ordered a Wednesday whopper meal and got a regular whopper (pictured) which cost more. The chicken on the wraps was stale. So in the end, I didn't eat this food. What a waste of money. This is the worst BK in Hampton Roads. I contacted customer service and after one email asking for more information, I have heard nothing. It's been a week.
