Always the best BK food at this location! Picked up whoppers today, the burger was still sizzling from the grill. Veggies were fresh and crisp, fries hot out of the fryer. Compared to other fast food the value is top notch, whoppers are less than $7 including tax. Kudos to all the managers and staff here!

We have wanted to love this location but the food is terrible 85 percent of the time. Tonight was the last time I will be going. I was the only car in the drive thru and only ordered 2 sandwiches. I was told to pull around to wait for my order. I waited about 7 minutes, which wasn't terrible, but when I got the food home one of the sandwiches was completely cold and hard. This is probably the 15th time this has happened. The service at the window was exceptional. I believe her name was April.

I ordered the Cini Minis with my meal through Uber Eats and the bag came sealed like always and when I opened the 2 boxes of cini minis they were half eaten! One box only had 1 mini and the other box had 2 with open icing that was dipped in. Beyond disgusted! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Their broiler has issues from time to time and the can't cook whoppers so not always the home of the Whopper.

Sad, just sad. Ordered on the app gave an extra ten minutes to pass from the pickup time. Because I’m realistic. Still waited 10 more minutes. Every staff member in there is rude. Nothing but mean faces. Not one smile or acknowledgement, bag tossed in my direction had to ask for my cup. Which caused a “sigh”.

Not sure how this place is still open.

I placed an online order and made the mistake of choosing the drive thru. It took almost 30 minutes to get to the window to get my food and once there I didn't get a hello or anything. There were about 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. The food was fine, but the service was terrible. Do not go through the drive thru unless you have all the time in the world.

Great service and amazing staff! We went to BK today and they didn’t have chicken fry. April kindly explained to my daughter why they don’t have and went the extra mile by giving her free ice cream and cookie. We were so happy and touched by her sweet gesture. Please tell her she’s so amazing and we appreciate her! 😀 The staff who took my payment was also friendly and nice. All the staff in Gen. Boooth are nice and friendly every time we go there. 😀

I hate saying a thing bad about this store cause the people that work in there are so nice, but there’s always a wait for your food, and I haven’t been during a busy time yet. I will say I went through the day before my birthday and the manager gave me an ice cream pie for the long wait. What made that cool is he didn’t know until after he gave me the pie and I told him. Like I said, very nice people but for right now, expect a wait.
