I usually only get their 2 for $5 breakfast or Lunch items, but today I saw an ad for their Royal Crispy chicken Sandwich. The pics they provide makes the chicken portion look amazingly huge. I
Bought two for over $6 each before tax and boy was I disappointed.

My advice for fast food restaurants. If you’re gonna charge that much, make it at least somewhat close to the promotional pics and fresh out of the fryer. I will never order that item again and not trust anything you claim in your promotional pics.

Make sure you check your food , was charged for bacon on two sandwiches that they never even put on my sandwiches . Got allllll the way back to work , went to eat & boom smh . Not worth the drive back but def worthy of a review. U work in fast food you have one job “make sure ppl orders are HOT and made as ordered” . Do Better !!!!

We were so surprised to get our food (breakfast crossiant) and it actually looked like the advertisement. Super hot, fluffy eggs and not quished.
Google asked for an update since we went again today. Still great customer service and food!

I’ve made an order of 2 meals and they gave me only one, by the time I made it home I found only one , I went back the next day and nobody was able to help and they were claiming that they have multiple managers and didn’t want to give us our money back or make another meal for us. Worst customer service ever I don’t recommend this place at all. By the way all of them claim that they are managers and they kept me waiting for ever and one of them said she is a manager very unfriendly person as welll her name was Kellie they told me if I’m not happy then I can call the corporate office.

I visited Burger King #1602 on June 18, 2025 (drive thru). I ordered a whopper with cheese. I don’t know what they are adding to their meat but there was very little hamburger. I have no idea what I ate. I had already driven home and didn’t want to go back. I do know that I won’t be going back there again. For the price I paid, I expected better quality.

I hadn't been eating at Burger King for years until a couple years ago. Basically both nearby Wendy's became so bad I gave Burger King a shot a couple years back and this has been the most consistently good fast food place in the area. I go there more regularly than I'd like to admit lol. But I never have to wait long unless I'm getting like a family meal deal. Fries are always hot, burgers are fresh, and my order is always correct . The people working there are always polite and friendly.

I always mobile order and no matter how much time I give them it’s never ready by the time I get here. It’s frustrating. I work in fast food and understand it’s annoying when someone places a mobile and immediately pulls up at the drive thru so I try to give them plenty of time but it’s never enough.

This used to be one of the cleanest & most efficient fast food places in Hampton Roads. But they had a regular cashier leave (Kelly, I think?), and maybe a change in management during 2024. It's unfriendly and inefficient now. It gets more grimy every time I go in there now. The flame-broil does still smell great from outside though.
