As a delivery driver I eat on the run. Everytime I come here. Food is hot and fresh. Doesnt matter what time during lunch. Cheese is melted and burger it hot. And never bad service. The two ladies there are great. Food seems to take a bit longer but dont care. Its hot and tastes freshly made. Burger King by my house. Never go there because its just the opposite.

My mother has been a customer of the Virginia Beach Burger King on Holland Road for years. She stopped driving earlier this year and I now take her to the drive thru one to two times a week after we run errands. She has to have a Whopper Junior and Hershey pie for lunch at least once a week! The manager and employees are so friendly, they even remembered my mother's birthday recently. That made her day and I appreciated it so much! If you enjoy the Burger King menu and great service, I highly recommend this restaurant.

My daughter was picking up a mobile order and discovered that they forgot to put one of the special ordered whoppers in the bag. So, after sitting in the line to get the whopper, she returns to the house only to discover that the plain whopper, was only plain because it appears they scraped the condiments off the meat and bread and it was still covered.
That is one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen and beyond terrible service. I will never use this BK again, If I ever go go back to the chain at all

Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning. Came to get whopper with onion rings here last night, soon as I got the bag it smelled a little a funny but I thought that was just the onion rings. Poorly prepared, was up all night with food poisoning. When I went in the drive through the manager and other staff were not focused on the order, seemed like they were busy talking about another co worker. Super unprofessional, plus the food was bad. All round horrible experience

Speaking as someone who has travelled all across the country with the military and eaten at many, MANY burger kings in the process, this is the best burger king I've ever been to. The team is absolutely phenomenal, I've never seen such teamwork and coordination at any gas food joint, not even chick fila. Even when the drive thru line stretches around the store you'll be at the window in less than 5 minutes. Not only do they make the food insanely fast, but it's always hot and tasty. Shout-out to the whole team here, they're amazing!!!
