The food tasted good, but it must have shrunk over time. I used to be able to split a whopper with my son, now we have to get our own. Make the food smaller and raise the prices.

I guess the night shift around 2 a.m. doesn’t care about the quality of the food. Wound up getting soggy fries and a soggy wrap. Just to ask for fresh fries and for the drive thru employee to help…. wound up still giving another batch of soggy fries. Thankful for an air fryer and paper towels at home to avoid further confrontation.

I was greeted by Alex, the senior associate the moment I walked in. He was working the drive through, the front counter, and directing his associates without missing a beat. Accurate orders with young but very disciplined crew. Nothing but smiles and joy showing in their actions and interactions.
I usually go out of my way to go to this location. No other BK in the area can do better.
I like my burgers a certain way and this crew delivers.

They just don't care. When you have any real estate younger and neglect maintenance because you can get away with it and people still need food, I suppose you don't have to be good people. the overcharging isn't an issue, it's the fact you can't be bothered to pay.

The Whopper I had was probably one of the best I've had in years. It was well put together, evenly placed and layered burger with all the toppings. The drive through line was lengthy but the burger was worth the wait.

The employees working today were very nice very helpful and accommodating thank you very much provide a really good service They had their mozzarella cheese fries as well so I was happy
They have a thief working there. I got a gift card for my birthday and used it once and had a 10.00 balance left on it and they took my balance and transferred to a different card. I just so happened to find that out when I went to use it today. I still have my receipt at home with the purchase and it will show me who the cashier was and I will be filing a police report for theft. Why did you have to take something that doesn't belong to you? If you hate your job that much you have to steal then look for another job.

They boast open 24 hours, but wouldn't serve our group at 10:30pm. All we wanted was a dessert.
The 5 staff members had no one in the lobby, but appeared to be enjoying each other's company. Some decided to go on break outside and physically embrace.
Seeing they didn't appreciate our business, we went to Sonic and were treated well and thoroughly enjoyed their desserts.
