Tried to make two payments with cards. They said they can do two payments. Then they Said they can't. Now they say I would get my money back. later after being charged and can't get any food

Ordered via the app and waited in line for a ridiculously long amount of time for there to be two people in front of me. Got to the window just to be told they were out of burger buns. Why the hell are you letting people order burgers if you don’t have everything?! Why didn’t you tell me at the speaker you couldn’t fulfill my order?! Then it takes 3-7 days to get your money back, but it took you 0 days to waste my time and take the cash out of my account. I’ll just report as fraud, thanks!

This has to be one of the worst ran fast food resteraunts in the area. I have went to order several times and ended up just leave after just sitting there 3-5 minutes waiting to even have my order taken. I would be more understanding if it was busy these times but its not. I don't know who the manager is but please get with your people and figure it out.

This is the slowest Burger King I have ever experience. I just ordered French fries and mozzarella sticks. I had to wait 20 mins for my order. The staff seems to be old and slow. I believe everyone needed a job, but put people in the position where they fit. I will be going to McDonald's or chick-fla.

I’m still sitting in the drive-through. I’ve been here for counting now. 12 minutes, the line is wrapped around. This is got to be the worst Burger King in Virginia, 12 minutes. I’m just sitting here and the guy keeps telling me he’ll help me when you can, I haven’t even placed an order and it’s been 12 minutes.
The worst in the world...I think the Lady at the drive thru...just did an 8 ball..you should of gave me the whole jar of mayo..you suck..

I made a mobile order thinking that it would be faster. I get there to pick up my food and there is a line in the drive thru, I think to myself ok this won't take to long, almost 30 minutes later the line has only moved by one car. I get tired of waiting in line, so I pull around and go inside. I get inside and see that they only have 3 employees working on a Friday night. I don't know who is managing this place, but they need to learn how to staff for the shift.

I love the atmosphere where I can dive into my zen enjoying my favorite Whopper since childhood. Looking forward to more days like this. Especially when whoppers are free after filling out the code to their their surveys on the back of every receipt! 😉
