This is the only Burger King in Hampton Roads I can say that is consistent in great service and advertisement quality food. I've never had a mistaken order or disrespectful encounter. My ONLY critique is that this location seems understaffed by watching them move about the restaurant. This is the #1 Burger King in the 757, even late at night.

20 mins in the drive through for a pick up with the line not moving and when I go inside they forget one of my items and then give me the wrong item after I wait another 10 mins.

I would not pick this Bk for door dash infact I would drive to another B.K. The staff took over 10 minutes to complete one order. Then they were talking to each other unprofessionally. No one husseled thats including the supervisor. Washer were canceling pickup orders, drive thru wrapped around not moving. On top of that my order was incomplete because of no communication between the staff.
I put in a delivery through the app last night .. not only was the entire order wrong but it was disgusting , cold , and old . Like it had sat for hours and they threw it in a bag and handed it to the driver . The order on the bag wasn’t even our order . I tried to call , obviously no answer. When I contacted support they offered a “$10 off coupon “ and refused a refund . Be careful ordering delivery from here .

And the award for the slowest and worst Burger King in all of Virginia Beach, no all of Hampton Roads goes to 1386 Fordham Drive! If there are more than 3 cars in the drive thru expect a wait of over 30 minutes, how exciting! On top of long waits expect your food to be cold and soggy, how delicious! But seriously stay away from this location. If any of these locations need to be shut down this one needs to for its own good. Avoid like the plague!
