Kuddos to Alex….Not many times do you go to a drive through and the person taking the order actually likes their job and is very personable taking your order. I ordered from this Burger King a week ago because my son really wanted it. I have stayed away from Burger King for a very long time. In this location are several other well known fast food places. So choosing where to grab fast food now with the ever rising cost of a meal i look for places that the staff is going to feel appreciated for my business. Most of the time you get someone taking your order who sounds like they are about to jump off a cliff and end it all. Not this Burger King!!!! They have Alex… Alex is the reason why I chose Burger King in that area. I actually drove up to Arby’s and the lady taking the order for the car in front of me sounded like she wanted to murder the next car in line so I said not today and remembered how pleasant Alex was last time I ordered. So with the hopes he would be working the drive thru again I went over to Burger King and got the customer service every freaking fast food joint is missing. Alex thank you for bringing back customer service in the fast food industry we appreciate it more then you know.

I met a friend there for lunch. I had bad experience at another Burger King,, but this one was very good. The employee that took our order was very courteous, the food was good, and we enjoyed our dining experience. We will go back again.

I was in the inside about 5:25pm today. I understand a few minutes wait due to being busy. About 5 minutes later, another person walked in and the front man went to wait on him instead of me.I said; “ never mind then, I was waiting for about 5 minutes and you help the guy behind me?!”I walked out.

Got food poisoning from our whopper for two order. Both me and my gf. Sweating, sick to our stomach, and some quality time in the toilet. It was the fries. When she ate them she turned pale as a ghost and her stomach just turned. It was too late then, I had already ate all mine.

I ordered at the take out window at dinner time. It was a very long line. Vanessa took care of me. She was patient with my change of mind on my order with a smile on her face. She is friendly and happy inspite of a long day. Good job, vanessa! love you more!❤️?

BURGER KINGS SAYING “HAVE IT YOUR WAY” yeah right!!! These mobile apps are completely useless!!!! I mean it’s not like you need a collage degree to work at these fast food restaurants it’s mostly automated, but even so it’s not rocket science!!! Read the order, and make it how the customer wants a 10 year old could do it. I ordered 5 sandwiches exactly the same as normal with the exception of extra pickles, extra onions, katchup, and mustard. Now I ask you how hard is that? What I got was 5 burger tiny bit of mayo, tiny wilted piece of lettuce, a pickle, a tiny piece of tomato. This is why most of these restaurants are going out of business. People would rather go to a small mom & pop restaurants where they have to pay a little more and wait a little longer to get there order right rather than going to these fast food franchises that have lazy illiterate people you can’t read an order, and get it right. As you can see by the pictures the label said extra, but when you look at the burger no extra. Well they lost my business because I will not be going back, and I will tell everyone I know not to go here because they don’t know how to read an order!!!
