Drive through always packed for what reason idk- I guess bc it’s the only fast food near. Inside dirty! Employee dressed dirty! Just throw the whole place away and the ppl! I should go in and take pictures!

Update;8/7/26, again old fries!!! No contact by gm or upper management! Update; 8/3/25, old fries again@11:06. Food is usually good here, but 2nd time I've ordered lunch between 10:30-11:20 and received old fries! Please do better and stop over dropping!
This the only place I get my burger from and I like the French fries,onions mix.

I went to Burger King Saturday around 7pm. Previously, I completed a survey. Upon completion I was eligible to redeem a sandwich . Chicken or burger. I went to redeem the coupon with code and explained to the manager I could not eat meat and asked, for a substitute (fish). The manager was very rude. John. The manager was sending the employees back with second hand information about my issue. Once I asked, to see the manager face to face. John came out in a dirty uniform with a nasty disposition, he talked rude to me and walked off before ending the conversation. He used inappropriate language and verbage calling me baby and sweet heart. The terminology made me uncomfortable. I threatened to call corporate and John disposition was of no respect for authority. I will be filing a public harassment complaint against Burger King. I suggest using another entity with properly trained employees on customer eticacy.

i’ve been coming here at least once a month for 12 years. The staff is constantly turning over. they’re always understaffed. Today, for example I’m here during the lunch rush and they have two employees working the entire restaurant. how is anyone supposed to get good service? they are trying their best but I don’t think the Staff are well supported.

Whatever you do, don't buy the Breakfast Burrito Jr. Burnt and disgusting. The two breakfast sandwiches was the only thing that saved that meal. Otherwise, Staff was friendly and excellent. The atmosphere was good.

Some staff members are just flat out rude! Walk in and employees are sitting in the lobby on their phones. Then act like we were intruding on their phone time because we came in. Placed an online order that was suppo to be ready by a certain time and they hadn't even started it until we walked in. Every table in the lobby was dirty, ice machine in the lobby was empty, would definitely not recommend this location to anyone!
My husband and I just left drive thru and the young lady with braids was very rude upon taking our order. We gave her our order and she was just rude, blowing, and smacking her lips..when my husband told her no onions on one and no tomatoes on the other impossible whopper. He asked if the order could be fresh off the grill and she said with attitude we always do, but with attitude. When we got to the window to pay she was asked if they could add extra pickles to both sandwiches she smacked her lips again…when she was bringing food to the car in front of us I said excuse me can we switch our drinks this taste like water (it was Fanta orange, they were out of lemonade)? She took the drinks and walked away, I said I didn’t tell you what kind of drink I want; she kept going! So u immediately went in to get a refund for mine but my husband still wanted his (idk why)…once I went in I told the same young lady I would like a refund for one of them she ignored me initially, I said it again and asked for a manager, that’s when she said I will be right with you. A young man came in from a side door (idk where he came from) he did not wash his hands and went straight to bagging food…so I told them I wanted a full refund. This restaurant has young ppl working but they don’t have a care in the world!!! They are nasty, nonchalant, and not sanitary!!! I don’t play about infection control, there’s no way I can let my husband eat when I saw that young man do that….and under no circumstances will I give an establishment any my money with that kind of service!!! Management should do better!! I’m sure the owner would not approve of this
I went through the drive thru to pick up my order and the soda was watered down. I asked them to add mustard to my sandwich and just a pinch was added.

Everything takes forever and they don't listen, I sat in drive through for 30 minutes waiting for my order to be taken, it's like they never prep or cook what they need so it's always a wait game, one of the employees was literally eating infront of me at the window as I continue to wait another 15 minutes
