i’ve been coming here at least once a month for 12 years. The staff is constantly turning over. they’re always understaffed. Today, for example I’m here during the lunch rush and they have two employees working the entire restaurant. how is anyone supposed to get good service? they are trying their best but I don’t think the Staff are well supported.

Whatever you do, don't buy the Breakfast Burrito Jr. Burnt and disgusting. The two breakfast sandwiches was the only thing that saved that meal. Otherwise, Staff was friendly and excellent. The atmosphere was good.

Some staff members are just flat out rude! Walk in and employees are sitting in the lobby on their phones. Then act like we were intruding on their phone time because we came in. Placed an online order that was suppo to be ready by a certain time and they hadn't even started it until we walked in. Every table in the lobby was dirty, ice machine in the lobby was empty, would definitely not recommend this location to anyone!

My husband and I just left drive thru and the young lady with braids was very rude upon taking our order. We gave her our order and she was just rude, blowing, and smacking her lips..when my husband told her no onions on one and no tomatoes on the other impossible whopper. He asked if the order could be fresh off the grill and she said with attitude we always do, but with attitude. When we got to the window to pay she was asked if they could add extra pickles to both sandwiches she smacked her lips again…when she was bringing food to the car in front of us I said excuse me can we switch our drinks this taste like water (it was Fanta orange, they were out of lemonade)? She took the drinks and walked away, I said I didn’t tell you what kind of drink I want; she kept going! So u immediately went in to get a refund for mine but my husband still wanted his (idk why)…once I went in I told the same young lady I would like a refund for one of them she ignored me initially, I said it again and asked for a manager, that’s when she said I will be right with you. A young man came in from a side door (idk where he came from) he did not wash his hands and went straight to bagging food…so I told them I wanted a full refund. This restaurant has young ppl working but they don’t have a care in the world!!! They are nasty, nonchalant, and not sanitary!!! I don’t play about infection control, there’s no way I can let my husband eat when I saw that young man do that….and under no circumstances will I give an establishment any my money with that kind of service!!! Management should do better!! I’m sure the owner would not approve of this

I went through the drive thru to pick up my order and the soda was watered down. I asked them to add mustard to my sandwich and just a pinch was added.

Everything takes forever and they don't listen, I sat in drive through for 30 minutes waiting for my order to be taken, it's like they never prep or cook what they need so it's always a wait game, one of the employees was literally eating infront of me at the window as I continue to wait another 15 minutes

Worst location ever, recommend avoid. Every time I have come here despite being empty parking lot, they can only handle 1 order at a time and refuse to take anymore til the previous is complete. It's a complete joke how long the waits can be.

Breakfast, egg and sausage croissant with hash rounds and OJ. Sandwich great, service very courteous and fast. Hash round just barely warm, but edible. Good management, good training, people that like working with people.
I have watched the steady decline of Burger King's product quality over the past year and more, and my recent visit to the location at Comanche Road and Princess Anne Road Virginia Beach has left me truly disheartened.
Once, their chicken breakfast sandwiches were generously sized, often rivaling the burgers themselves and extending to the edges of the buns, biscuits, or croissants. Now, what I received was nothing short of a ripoff: the chicken was alarmingly small—barely larger than a chicken nugget. For a price that keeps climbing, the portion sizes have shrunk drastically.
This is why businesses like Chick-fil-A continue to outshine and outpace Burger King. I feel taken advantage of, and as a result, I requested a refund. I will never patronize Burger King again. It’s time for Burger King to address this issue and return to the quality and portion sizes that loyal customers deserve.

Most rude nastiest people in the service industry. Will NEVER go here again. Eating over my food while your making it? Really? The crumbs on your face? Disgusting!!! Complaining the whole time. If you don't like you job find a different one and take pride in it. DAMN!!! No work ethic any where any more. U are not entitled! Do your job and do it to the best of your ability!!!
