Worst experience with customer service I've ever had the misfortune of going through. Would give 0 stars if possible. After substantial negative store experiences and constructive feedback about franchise-level menu changes, received gift certificates that couldn't even be redeemed in store. 0/5, absolutely trash company. Taco Bell should pull their corporate affiliation.

They started charging for red sauce at taco bell. Its free most places. We aren't in NYC or LA. Minimum wage here is terrible(great for burger busters) I will never spend a penny on red sauce which is free in most markets. I emailed them and they won't write back. So long red sauce, its dirt cheap but people suck so here we are. I worked for taco bell, I know its so cheap they dump it at the end of the day. This is all greed. Make the red sauce free again and I'll remove my comment.

These are a bunch of opportunistic, low level, barely people. They have restaurants that look like an apocalypse but suggest that they are clean. Wait times are insane and there's no accountability. They bank on you waiting for the order and not asking for a refund. This place is literally just slave driving with extra steps. Do not support this company!

This is NOT a restaurant, there is no drive thru or anything else. I think this is a corporate office for a franchisee. Please update the info for this business

Had light fixture hit me n head and ruin my glasses . Burger busters did nothing except say to contact my attorney which I have .Pure negligence and poor customer service by upper management

The Taco Bell/ Long John Slivers in Farmville Va has been the worst this past year. They are never open time. One time when I came they said they don’t open until an hour and 40-50 minutes than the original time they suppose to open. I also have received the wrong food twice back to back. They have told my mother that fish would take an hour before she could received it.My last strike was when I was at the drive thru the other day . I asked a question and general manager got smart with me . The leadership is horrible and the service is terrible. Hope to hear improvement in the future but for now me and my family will not support this establishment in this location.

My wife and I went drive thru at Salem. VA location. When placing our order found that they were out of chivjen tomatoes abd sour cream. I reached out to corporate via email and was never contacted with follow up. Clearly. They're feel if I ignore it, it will go away. For me...you lost a custmer!

Great services i applied for a position and got an interview in no time, also great food nice employees, and freindly people.
