Update: Take some responsibility of your actions because there are several people on here leaving horrible reviews and they’re leaving them because you have horrible customer service and you don’t know how to treat people and when people try to explain your rude customer service you try to guilt trip them and blame it on the customer when in fact, you are a horrible business owner. You like to rudely say that people leaving negative reviews puts you at the top of the list of Google reviews and it doesn’t affect your business when in fact, the way you treat people and negative reviews do affect your business to the point where your business might get shut down so be careful how you treat people You need to reflect on your actions. All these people are not lying. Do better sir!

Owner is very kind & food was amazing. I got the C4 sandwich and the raspberry matcha drink. Will be coming back

I stumbled upon this coffee shop looking for an alternative to Starbucks and I'm already a regular! The coffee is so tasty and effective and the atmosphere is great. The rose gold latte and caramel brulee latte are top tier!

Adding to my response, since the owner replied with anger and typos. I never said anything about doordash so assuming I have a connection to them, showing your professionalism through your responses, definitely a lack of understanding it's customers.

My Daughter is a door dasher and this was her experience this morning! Unacceptable!

Never go here! Worst interaction with the OWNER while I was DoorDash, he called me stupid, fat, broke, and was super aggressive with me all because I never been there before and didn’t know where the pick up was. He refused to give me the order and told me that since I’m dumb I can stay broke too

When it's a hole in the wall, you know it's great or terrible. Luckily this one was the first. Owner provided amusing conversation and beautiful, inventive Columbian coffee! Some customers have been known to be a bit loud of opinion, and sometimes doordash needs a bit of direction (there's usually only one person working so look for the sign to find your orders!) But not a bad spot for a good cup of Joe. - The Wonder Twins

I’m so happy I stumbled by this place! The owner was so kind, and both the latte and food I had were incredible. I’ve been wanting to find a good local coffee shop, and this is the one! Thank you for a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back.

We ordered a hot coffee, cold Nutella iced coffee, and two breakfast sandwiches. It took about 20 mins to get our order. I think the total was about $20 so cheap pricing but, we got what we paid for. The employee was nice but we ended up throwing it all out after 2 sips. Sandwiches were basic croissant, pre cooked bacon, and an egg which is not hard to mess up. Apparently they’ve been opened for two years I think? . Sadly, we won’t be going back. Maybe their other menu items are better.
