Had a great experience with Hollywood Pictures at the Cactus Grill! Shkelzen came by and kindly offered to take our photo. Was such a genuinely nice guy. He made us feel comfortable and took a great shot that turned into a fun memory from our trip. Highly recommend saying yes if he comes by your table!
The quality of service provided was subpar. Our large party of approximately 20 individuals arrived at the establishment during a period of low occupancy. Despite this, we were only assigned two servers to attend to our needs.
This place has very fresh tasting food, at least the dish that I ate (something Brisket ?).
It was just two of us and when they handed us the bill they said there was a 20% service fee that's spilt between the employees to which I assumed that might that meant they automatically added the gratuity, but there then was an additional line for tip. That was confusing and maybe a little off-putting.
