We arrived and our table was ready, no wait. We loved all the attentive service. Drinks were filled regularly. It was a prefix dinner, but didn't see any short cuts. Prime rib, and fish entrees were all cooked to our requests. We liked the music choices too. I'm sure we'll return soon.

The food, service and ambiance were great, with a few minor exceptions: With a $100+ tab, one would not expect to be charged $1 for each piece of bread & butter ordered; nor a $2.50 charge for a "loaded" baked potato. Also, we were enjoying a nice, quiet evening, until a party of 10-12 were seated next to us. This smaller room venue should not accommodate large parties.

Went for Restaurant week. Unfortunately being a cozy place and restaurant week, we had to wait past our reservation time, but it was worth it. (Excellent bartender) service was outstanding! The cosmos were excellent, steak prepared just right and atmosphere & chairs so comfy, it's easy to see why people linger. Definitely returning! And looking forward to warmer weather to try the patio as well!

ordered the caesar salad.... she crap soup was brought out. that wAs sent back order my steak med-rare. it was well done. that was sent back... asked for another roll, and the waitress, ashley.. looked at me like disgust that i asked for another one. up getting the receipt, i paid for the rolls, so why would i matter how many i asked for? by the time my correct steak was served, my dining partner had finished their meal, so i asked to have mine boxed to go. id love to give black angus another chance, as i used to frequent the restaurant when it was on atlantic ave

All the food was flavorless, the steak only had flavor because of the butter and then it just tasted like butter. The she crab soup had no taste and had bits of shell. Don't recommend going at all

Great service. I had the wedge salad with sirloin. It was great. Salad was fresh and steak was medium rare as requested. My young lady friend had a smash burger and it was also great.
We've been here several times but this visit was a bit disappointing. We both ordered a bowl of she crab soup (based on some previous reviews saying it was full of chunks of crab meat), there was no crabmeat visible in either of our bowls. We asked for oyster crackers or any kind of crackers and were told they didn't have any. We both found that odd. The soup did have a good flavor but didn't look like the picture that showed a string of crabmeat across the top. Again, there was none. Our entrees were served quickly, my husband got the crab cake sandwich and it was fine. I ordered the fish & chips. It was ok, but I would not order it again. Usually we've gotten more traditional dinner entrees there and I think that would have given a better experience but we were just looking for a quick bite. We will go back but will definitely be more particular in what we order.
