Our family of 7 visited for Thanksgiving. Everything from beginning to end was awesome! All of the staff were working hard to keep the restaurant running smoothly. The food was constantly being replenished. I never saw anything empty or look unappealing. Our server Stacy and another wonderful server (forget her name) took amazing care of us. We never ran out of drinks, they constantly emptied our shell buckets. I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was a holiday, but Captain George’s certainly delivered today!

They did not have steamed oysters on the bar. You wanted them steamed you paid eight dollars for sixteenth oysters. Or fifteen dollars for twelve steamed oysters. the shrimp had no flavor nothing on the buffet Looked appetizing at all. The only thing I have positive to say about this restaurant was the service was good. My drink was filled up all the time.The plates were taking off the table. All the time the crab legs are good. Everything else look disgusting. I give them a F rating on the food. I will be going to Original Benjamin's off of restaurant road for now on. 01/09/2026

Eating here made me uncomfortable. The food was okay, and the price was expensive but acceptable. However, after the lunch, someone took photos of us and asked for extra payment, which made me feel awkward in front of my friends, because I had already paid $370 for the food,I didn't want to pay any more.

I have ate here plenty of times. And as always it impresses me. The crab legs are on point. This time I left only a four star, reason being the steamed shrimp tonight were over cooked but besides that it is a great place to eat. The best part is the king crab legs.

Very good good great atmosphere

Our experience was AWFUL! The buffet food was cold, there were many selections that were empty and not refilled, the chicken had a sour taste so I didn’t eat it. For the price we paid it should have been high end, gourmet food selections it was NOT! I won’t be returning anytime soon, if ever.

My family and I visited the Williamsburg, VA location yesterday. All of the food on the buffet was lukewarm. For the cost, I would rate the quality of the food as unsatisfactory. The crab legs were the only food that was hot. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. I think it has ran its course and unfortunately, we will not return.

A little pricey for me on the buffet. Don't eat enough for buffet. Menu items are reasonable. Fish and chips were good. Wife had chicken nachos stuff, said it was ok, had different taste to chicken.
