This Carvel location is pretty good. They have a small dining area for a couple to come in and enjoy a frozen treat together. The Icecream is very good. They also have Icecream cakes that they can personalize for you. I recommend this place!

We had the kids vanilla cup with rainbow sprinklers. The staff was fast and friendly. I recommend Carvel for the soft serve ice cream cup or cone.
Services given friendly. Not enough ice cream selections. No Sugar Ice cream, what is not available. Please have a better selection on my ice cream available. Please have more ice cream available as well it was very limited it was like only maybe eight flavors available. Very disappointing.

Please...If you love old school soft serve, and I mean the original great stuff, this is your Mecca. Stick with classics like vanilla chocolate swirl and strawberry sundae and you'll never go wrong. You'll have to bike faster at the gym for a day, but honestly nothing brings back childhood and summer days like Carvel. ? Nice service, too!

The only Carvel in Virginia Beach, but my favorite place for ice cream cakes!! Prices have been creeping up, just like everywhere else. But their cakes and soft serve are consistently delicious! So creamy & smooth and simple yet exceptionally tasty! Staff are always cheerful and kind! The young lady that wrote on my cake did a beautiful job fitting all the writing on my small cake. She definitely has mad skills and great spatial perception! They offer military discounts and you can also use it in conjunction with coupons as well!!Save those $3 off coupons on the larger cake boxes for 10" or larger cakes!

Childhood memories of Carvel in New York drove me to venture down. It happened to be a Wednesday , BOGO for classic sundaes- double delicious. the line was long , but moved fast, and the 2 staff was hustling along , so wait time was good, about 5 min. Their smiles and pleasant demeanor did not waver despite the busy night - remarkable. The store is small and has limited selections, but we were there for the creamy soft serve, topped with hot fudge. Just as good as I remember; even better on a beastly hot humid evening. worth the drive from the beachfront.
