Catch 31 Fish House & Bar

This was our 4th time at catch 31 and we were quite surprised by the quality of the food and how much it has deteriorated. We had to wait for an hour to get a table. The waitress had too many tables and it took us another 40 min to get our food. The red snapper dish which replaced their signature branzino was very dry and lacked any seasoning. Very overpriced for a meal that took forever and lacked taste and the service that was very poor. Very disappointing.

Gideon, our server, was the best. His recommendation to try the Neptune bowls was spot on. If you are there at supper time I definitely recommend the grilled snapper.

Gideon was SO attentive and kind. First time dining here, my experience was overall great! From the music to my lobster rolls. Couldn’t ask for a better outing.

One of the perks of staycationing at the Hilton is having quick access to Catch 31. Had lunch here with my husband and sons and we were very happy with the food, great service by Gideon , and the atmosphere. Hope to stay here again!

Went to Catch earlier this week and still thinking about our amazing time! Lisa was an amazing waitress and so kind. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a good dining experience. Will be back!

We love this place! This is one of many times that we’ve been here and we’ve never been let down! Gideon had a table beside us complaining about some of the food and bounced back like nothing! He didn’t let it bother him and he fixed it immediately! Top tier server 😊

Me and my mom went to dinner during the week last week and our server Lisa was so great. She was very attentive and knowledgeable with everything on the menu and we enjoyed our meal very much. We will both be back thanks to lisa, she was amazing and so sweet!!!
