Plastic construction curtains in progress. Scallops and crab cake were good. Ambiance REALLY SUCKED. Wine was good. My anniversary date was exquisite. Wait for a while. Waiter wasn't very good but was trying. Desserts were good. Bottom line FOOD GOOD|Ambiance BAD.
Husband and I decided to head to oceanfront for some seafood. It was a weekday so reservations weren't really needed. A table was available when we arrived. We shared a cup of clam chowder, thick and full of goodies but extremely hot, like scalding hot. But I guess that is better than cold! I ordered the crab cakes and they were fabulous! Served with Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes. Husband ordered yellow fin tuna and it was cooked perfectly to his liking.
We sat outside to enjoy the quieter environment - inside space is Very Loud! Excellent food, we both had ‘fresh catch' selections!
Our waitress was amazing and she gave great recommendations. She let us know she was from the island she was a whole vibe. We all enjoyed her picks for the table. Will be going back asking for her!!
Reservation hostess and valet service were great, veiw was lovely, service was practically non existent and food was ill prepared, will not be returning
Salad and salmom were good. Eggs benedict with Lobster is not recommended. Waiter and supervisor aim to please while outdoor location with view of the VB boardwalk is special
Perfect first experience. The hostess allowed us to change our reservation to sit outside. The food was excellent and the table service couldn't have been better! Definitely would recommend and visit again!
I ordered what I thought was chicken and waffles. I never order chicken and waffles but the menu was limited so I decided to go for it. But, I soon discovered the menu said chicken and waffle melt. When the waitress brought my food and I saw cheese all over the waffle I knew I couldn't eat it. It was a heart attack , waiting to happen!!! In addition, the “ fingerling potatoes” looked like left over potatoes from the day before. The waitress, Michelle, offered to change my order or ask for waffles without the cheese on top. The chef said no. The manager, then came over. He said the chef refused to change the order and they couldn't do anything about it. I was told the cheese was already mixed in the waffles. (??) But it was obvious the cheese was melted on top!?? The experience was disappointing to say the least! But when the manager started to have an attitude it made everything worse! I told him “do not say anything else to me”! It was ridiculous! I ended up with French toast which was partially burnt! I couldn't eat that either. Needless to say, for a beachfront restaurant in the Hilton hotel (on Easter Sunday) the food was horrible! I couldn't wait to leave!
Kinda disappointed that even with a reservation we had to wait an extra 25 minutes! What saved our night was our outstanding waitress Priscilla! She made sure we had a great night despite a rocky start. Food was good especially the octopus appetizer! The whole snapper was our least favorite. It was just not seasoned well and had so many bones. Drinks were excellent. Also the bathroom was being renonvated so we had to go all the way upstairs in the hotel to use the bathroom. Just inconvenient, especially to just wash hands. Otherwise we had a nice time. Hope to sit outside next time and enjoy the fire pits!
We went here 3x on our trip, twice for dinners and once for drinks at the fire pit outside. We had Kiana 2 times and her recommendations were spot on. The rockfish was fabulous and the tuna and Mahi were delicious. The catch old fashioned was my favorite cocktail. This was a special Maker's Mark made just for them. Great place to go with great service, food, drinks and vibes!

Our server Samuel was so kind to us, was quite blunt and honest about the food, which I deeply appreciate; he was also a good talking piece. The Tomato Bist was good, the Brick Chicken and Rockfish was phenomenal, and the lava cake was a delicious mess. Highly recommend, would eat again!

The food was absolutely amazing second only to the service. We spent a lot of time at this establishment during our stay and every single staff member went above and beyond to make us happy! I have a shellfish allergy and they accommodated that without a single issue. We will definitely make this a regular stop in our trips to Virginia Beach!

I wish I could just give this no starts at all. I’ve been eating chicken all my life and this is the worst chicken Ive ever tasted. Thanks for ruining my birthday. For $40 that’s was the most nastiest chicken I ever tasted. In the trash this goes. I never ordered broccoli and mashed potatoes and that’s what I got. I was told I was gonna get rice and asparagus but my meal was to go so I was served just anything. Never again.
