I appreciate that items are refrigerated or kept warm while continuously being replenished. Gloves are worn and hair is covered. The food was sooo delicious and creamy. The flavors mixed in my mouth and it was just soooooooo amazing. The restaurant was great, lots of nice furniture. The service was amazing, one of the very nice employees gave us free pita bread. Oh, the pita bread were sooooooooooo goood😫😫😫. It was so chewy and buttery and nice with the dips. This is the best cava I’ve been to.

Have been purchasing from this store since opened years ago, almost weekly — tonight I ordered the same thing as always, one of the female staff was extremely rude and not supportive of cava’s typical customer service; she stated lentils are now extra and would have to remake my entire bowl to put less arugula and less rice in order to give me the lentils — which are typically a part of the order. Keeping in mind she didn’t offer a pita or have the regular selection of products ready for customers. Other staff was extremely nice and jovial (but the one who seemed to be the store manager, older asian female 12/23/25 @ 5pm) could use some customer service training in communication and body language…

After waiting 15 minutes with no update, I asked about the status and was told I could cancel it online. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes total. Disappointing experience for a scheduled pickup.
