Very friendly atmosphere and the customer service was on top. Food was great and the manager Ali was super welcoming with it being my first time. Definitely coming back.

I don’t usually make reviews, but I felt I needed to this time, bc the lady that works there was very nice and sooooo helpful. I think her name was McKenny or McKenna- or something like that. Anyways- she helped me figure out what was safe for me (and not too spicy). I’m gluten free so it’s nice to have takeout options that are safe. I will say- I’m glad I went by myself bc it’s a little pricey, but the service was great… so I’ll be going back.

Jayla was absolutely amazing, running the whole line by herself with an amazing attitude. She was fast and efficient and remembered our order. She was really great to interact with and filled the bowl exactly how we both wanted!! She's working hard and deserves the recognition, thank you Jayla!!

I also want to shout out the manager, Makenna. In every interaction I’ve had with her, she’s been nothing but professional, kind, and genuinely sweet. It’s clear she cares about both the customers and her team, and it really makes a HUGE difference in the overall experience. We need more people like her.

One of my favorites!

I love Cava. Years ago, I was only able to find this place up in CVille, so I've been super glad they opened up 2 Cavas in Virginia Beach Landstown and Town Center.

I like to get a bowl with half grains and have supergreens mix (lots of nutrients).

You can add 3 dips, I love getting hummus.

I've been getting the honey harissa chicken lately which is good.

And then I love that you can load up with all of the vegetables at the end.

I recommend adding pita crisps as well, it adds a nice crunchy texture to the bowl.

I like citrusy flavors so my favorite sauce is the lemon herb tahini.

What you get is a delicious bowl with lots of nutrients.
