Chanello's Pizza #7 Kempsriver

So there’s a special on their website that says large cheese breadsticks and wings for $17. I order it, but when filling out the details, it says small. So I asked in the instructions why the discrepancy. Manager called me and I explained and he asked me to bring proof. When I get there, he hands me a small cheese breadsticks and makes me wait 10 minutes for the large. Then when I ask for marinara, I get 2 half filled cups for a 14 in pizza. Manager was combative and rude. Definitely won’t be returning or order from this or maybe any Chanellos again. Used to work at one and the customer service was 100x better. Warning: deal is a lie.

Uncleanliness all around. The store is dirty, they don’t wear gloves when preparing your food. Was installing new shelves during operating hours over the station where they prepare the food. The person making the food even reached up to help the person hold the shelf he was installing and afterwards went right back to sprinkling cheese on the pizza. I walked right out and went somewhere else. I will not be going back there.

NEVER AGAIN!
I gave up on this location a couple years ago. They are my delivery location. I only ordered Chanellos if I could pick it up somewhere else. This past week, I decided to order delivery. I ordered cheese breadsticks. With Door Dash doing deliveries, the driver didn't care that they forgot to pack the Dipping sauce. I called and the girl wanted to refund the $2 for the missing sauce. When I told her that was unacceptable, like getting a pizza with no sauce, she HUNG UP ON ME. They should close this location and redraw the delivery lines.
It could have been a mental thing, but the quality of what we got was substandard also. It was definitely cut poorly.

I placed an order on their website. After half an hour the order got canceled so I called the store. Somebody picked up and said please hold and immediately put me on hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called back and every time I call it keeps ringing. This is the type of customer service that exists in 2024. It's really sad. This will be the last time I contact chanello's or refer anybody to come to them.

if you call to order and they put you on hold. just hang up and call again, they will forget about you. was on hold almost 20 minutes. had someone else called and they took the order right away. they will forget they put you on hold

My bestie & I had completed my little shopping. We choose to order pizza. Our choice was Chanello's Pizza. A fantastic brownie and huge cheesy breadsticks made by Wyitt and Tango! Wyitt is fantastic employees, outstanding customer service, and excellent salesmen! Tango is the greatest customer service and makes the best pizza!

My bestie and I was doing BigBack activities tonight and decided on Chanellos. We decided to do a walk-in and it was hands down one of the best things I ever experienced??Wyiatt and Tango were superb! The moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and exceptional service. Wyatt’s salesmanship, customer service, and recommendations were impressive and Tango did an AMAZING job on our order. Will definitely be coming back!?

Everytime I order from this location which mind you is across the street from my house literally 1 minute for the delivery driver but my order is always last to be delivered on the way back to the store instead of first out the driveway so my food is hot so I called finally after this last time and the manager got rude and hung up on me now they not only don't get my personal business but I turn down every order from here on door dash and uber eats when I work since i also work the area by my house see never know who you being rude to idiot manager
