I wanted to give this place a good review after my other most recent experience. But this time around was terrible. The website doesn’t recognize my address despite being less than a mile away from the location, and when I called in, the person couldn’t understand my address either. She put me on hold, and then the phone disconnected. I’d already spent about 15 minutes trying to order the pizza online, another 10 on the phone, if y’all don’t want business then just close your doors and go home. That said, the pizza I got last time I ordered was really good, I put it above many other major pizza chains. But they don’t wanna sell it! Whoever owns this franchise must be seriously disconnected from the business to allow these orders to go to other pizza shops.

I love how they know exactly what I want and it is ready quickly. This chanellos and the great bridge chanellos are my favorites. Kristina transfered to this chanellos and is now providing excellent customer Service and yummy pizzas at this location. She always makes sure my order is exactly how I like it. Arthur is my favorite delivery guy. He gets my pizzas to me quickly and still hot.

The store’s oven broke. The staff were professional, respectful and handling the situation the best they could despite a caller obsessively calling in, ignoring the issue and continuing to escalate the staff. Everyone did the best to put out the orders the best they could while handling the phone ringing non-stop and advising everyone of the situation.

Came in on a Saturday and there's one guy holding down the whole shop it's incredible to watch I forget your name bro but seriously you're doing incredible I hope chanello's is taking care of you the way you take care of them

Recommended dishes: Garlic Knots

So there’s a special on their website that says large cheese breadsticks and wings for $17. I order it, but when filling out the details, it says small. So I asked in the instructions why the discrepancy. Manager called me and I explained and he asked me to bring proof. When I get there, he hands me a small cheese breadsticks and makes me wait 10 minutes for the large. Then when I ask for marinara, I get 2 half filled cups for a 14 in pizza. Manager was combative and rude. Definitely won’t be returning or order from this or maybe any Chanellos again. Used to work at one and the customer service was 100x better. Warning: deal is a lie.

Uncleanliness all around. The store is dirty, they don’t wear gloves when preparing your food. Was installing new shelves during operating hours over the station where they prepare the food. The person making the food even reached up to help the person hold the shelf he was installing and afterwards went right back to sprinkling cheese on the pizza. I walked right out and went somewhere else. I will not be going back there.
