Chicken Supreme pizza is raw under cooked chicken and vegetables raw. The thin crust pizza was also undercooked the dough is mushy in the middle both pizzas barely edible.

Good pizza, teeny tiny wings. A 'large' pizza is just 14" the next size up is the 20" 'Big Boy' for $11 more but there's nothing in the middle. I would order more often if they had a 16 or 18. Seems a bit greedy on their part.

Everytime I order from this location which mind you is across the street from my house literally 1 minute for the delivery driver but my order is always last to be delivered on the way back to the store instead of first out the driveway so my food is hot so I called finally after this last time and the manager got rude and hung up on me now they not only don't get my personal business but I turn down every order from here on door dash and uber eats when I work since i also work the area by my house see never know who you being rude to idiot manager

I ordered my sub and pizza to be picked up at 11:30 I arrived approximately 11:43 and was told that's why my pizza was cold. They don't have warming ovens. I ordered my pizza lightly cooked. There's a picture of my pizza there's no way that's lightly cooked. I was told he would take it into consideration when I order again instead of offering to make another or refund me. Something taste rotten on my sub like old meat or olives and hardly any lettuce

I purchased 4 pizzas and 1lb of wings and the wings were disgusting and the pizzas were horrible.I called back up to the store and the associate didn’t know how to compensate me or who was the manager first I went to Indian river rd and even though it was only 10 pm that location was closed while riding back to Norfolk all the way from the VA beach location I saw the associate opening the Indian river location. When I got home I called that location to see why they were closed and the associate informed me the the crew walked out and he was 45 minutes away and had come in to open store . I was so disappointed because Indian river rd wings n pizzas are always delicious.Over $70 gone to waste and I work as a chef so I’m definitely not eating this horrible food.Never again ?Associate should’ve been knowledgeable of who the managers are and when they are available because someone should have been able to fix this. I am real big on customer satisfaction as well as delicious food.I should have just purchased the ingredients and made my own pizza and I’m so annoyed and dissatisfied with this whole experience. They don’t even deserve the one star I rated them.

Couple issues. Wasn't notified that pizza was ready via text as expected while waiting outside in my car. Asked for light bake on pizzas and all four were practically burnt with little cheese. If light bake isn't an option, I suggest removing it.

We had such a great experience with the Kempsriver location tonight! We noticed one of our pizzas was incorrect so we called. They remade our pizza AND included a grande chocolate chip cookie. We were having a pizza pajama party and this was a wonderful addition. So thankful!

So I decided to try this pizza place over my normal pizza place (Calz). The pizza was good, the toppings were also good. The only thing that was not up to par was their wings. The wings were mushy and under cooked a little and not really tasty at all. They honestly tasted like little Caesar's, or pizza hut wings.
Ordered a Greek salad with no tomatoes, first bite and there was sand. Contacted store and the guy admitted to making it with tomatoes and just not worrying about making a new one. More worried about sand the sand and the cleanliness.

FIX YOUR SITE!!! If you weren't the only option at 11pm I would have ordered some place else so I could avoid using door dash, skipping any possible deals and paying top dollar. 45$ for med spec. and sm cheesy bread is crazy

I arrived to pick up my pizza and Lamar let me know it needed just a few more minutes. A few minutes latter he brought it out to me while I was in my vehicle! As a business owner I was very impressed with his leadership and customer service to go the extra mile to bring to my vehicle. Also the pizza and wings were very well prepared! Your work ethic should be applauded, keep it up Lamar!

I walked in guy was slamming trays around he asked if I was picking up.I said no I’m ordering because u don’t have delivery driver.he seemed mad walked away started making other items and never took my order I waited fi 5 min then I decided to go.I didn’t think I wanted my food made by him the way he was acting was very over it!I don’t think I’ll be back when u get drivers maybe I’ll order again from u.

Tried to get a last minute pie (15 min before closing, and ordering carry out) but was informed they had shut off the ovens and then was abruptly hung up on. While I don’t make it regular practice of ordering that late, last time I checked if a place of business was open until 12 AM you could place an order up until 11:59 PM.
