Placed my order online and went to get it and one of the employees gave my pizza to the wrong person. He said it'll be ready in 5 minutes I waited 20 minutes still no pizza. No one ever apologized for the inconvenience or gave me any updates. They had absolutely no care in the world about what they did wrong on their end. I'll never spend another penny with them and nobody shouldn't either.
Has amazing pizza and has been my dads favorite for years.

The way that young man tossed that dough for that pizza! It was the pride for me! It made that pizza taste 10 times better because it was made with love and care! I wish I had gotten his name but it was Thursday night after leaving Upscales around midnight. Great job in there guys!
