The way that young man tossed that dough for that pizza! It was the pride for me! It made that pizza taste 10 times better because it was made with love and care! I wish I had gotten his name but it was Thursday night after leaving Upscales around midnight. Great job in there guys!

Let me start by saying: I haven't had Chanello's in years! I have one right by my house, but it is HORRIBLE! I've been wanting some of their Cheese Breadsticks. Someone told me to try this location on Indian River Road and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Ron provided me with EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I ordered the Cheese Breadsticks. I asked Ron to change his gloves for me, which he graciously did with no problem. When I say he prepared my order Perfectly, believe me! He even brought it out to my car when it was ready. It looks great and it tastes DELICIOUS! Fresh ingredients and crust, and so cheesy. It was so good I called back to thank him. We don't hesitate to call when our order is wrong, so I used that same energy to show my appreciation for Ron getting it right. He understood the assignment! Thanks Ron!

The food is always fresh and good. I was a little disappointed in the "garlic bread" but my son still liked it. So just know the garlic bread are little rolls cut in half toasted with garlic butter. Other than that everything is always a 10/10 for us.

Chanello's used to be the best.Now, can't get delivered, can't order online and when you go pick up your over priced pizza you get to be ingnored for 10 mins before someone comes to help you.I'm probably not going to Chanello's anymore.

I just picked my pizza up and the man that cashed my order out did not change his gloves after handling money, he went back to making pizzas? (if he did that then I know he probably didn't change his gloves wen he made mines) so I got my money back and I won't be ordering from them again - feeling disgusted ?
