We order from Chanello’s often and tonight our server Yesi got it all wrong. We spent $70, when our order should have been $40-$50. Not to mention our order was completely messed up. I called and basically got nowhere with her after my daughter picked up what she thought was our order. She was going to text her boss. We ordered 2 pizzas: one deluxe thin crust and one large half cheese and half pepp. We paid for 3 (including a big boy sitting on my counter) and none had pepperoni on it. We got ham! Seriously…make it right! Won’t be ordering again.

This not the first time I have had bad service in the last two weeks. Two weeks ago I called to order a delivery and was placed on hold for 40 minutes. Went to the restaurant to make a complaint to the manager. Manager was not in. Left my name and number asking for a callback. Never called. Tonight I placed an order online for a steak and cheese pizza for delivery. Received a hamburger pizza not what I had order. Tried calling the restaurant and someone kept denying the call. After several attempts went to the restaurant and again the manager was not present. Only one employee however someone was in the back office since the employee kept going in to talk to them.

This is by far the worst pizza place I have ever dealt with whoever answers the phone at night is so rude and I wanted to complain and he wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say. Please do not go here

*****REA***** took my phone order and when I requested to place two very large but separate orders she was extremely rude while I was asking clarifying questions to attempt to achieve my large orders. She was unwilling to provide the answers to accommodate us ,Then proceeded to Bar me from the establishment and hung up on me. I called back to Grab her name for corporate but she then threatened to phone the police. I have lived out of state for 9 years and this was my first time back to my favorite pizza shop and to be barred from my local location is devastating especially when its been in my heart for so long to be treated in such a disrespectful manner is appalling.

Terrible service, I waited about 10 minutes to place an order. I expected more from this place, and they needed to hire more people, there was only one person making the pizza without gloves and the same hand was working on the computer taking orders. Terrible experience!!!

Disaster. I placed a large order for my child's birthday party THREE DAYS in advance and paying in full. Then, a mere 30 minutes before the party was supposed to start, I received a call informing me they didn't have enough dough and no drivers available to deliver. Thirty minutes! No dough at a pizza place? They completely ruined my child's birthday. No apologies, no solutions offered, just a flat 'good luck.' This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is appalling. Do not trust them with any event, especially not a child's birthday. I'm beyond disappointed and will never order from them again. Zero stars if I could.

I live 2 mins from this location and I drive all the way to the lynnhaven pkwy location now because the customer service is so bad here. And they are also terrible at making pizza

The bacon cheese fries were so good! the cheese was perfectly melted on the fries…highly recommend!

I went on the website and ordered via delivery. It says I was order number 1. My estimated delivery was between 11:45-11:55. I got a text message saying the DoorDash driver would deliver around 12:15. I got my food at 12:35pm. It was cold. The Greek salad that I ordered had frozen cucumbers and onions on it. I paid extra for chicken and spinach and I had a tablespoon of chicken and the spinach was 2 different colors. The USS Norfolk was thrown together and instead of steak it looked like sausage crumbles on my sandwich with nothing but mayo and barely any ham. The chocolate chip cookie had burnt chocolate chip pieces on it. To spend $80 on this food and have it all wrong was unacceptable. Then I called the restaurant and the lady said she had to call her manager and that she would call me back but I did not get a return call back. I will never order from the Kings Grant Chanellos again. A complete waste of time and money. If this is how you run your restaurant you definitely need to close down.

Called to place an order for pick up and was told “nope, you can’t place an order over the phone. I am the only one here and I am super busy”. The entires interaction was rude.

This was hands down the worst pizza experience I've ever had. If you enjoy the sensation of practically eating raw dough, then congratulations, this is the place for you.
I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of the food, especially considering the price. The pizza was severely undercooked, the dough was practically raw in the middle. It was honestly disgusting. I'm completely turned off by the experience.
Save your money and your stomach - go anywhere else.

No waiting inside. One fold out chair. Messed up orders all the time. Did a complaint to chanellos w/receipt & pic. And no response a month later. Too bad.
