Chanello's Pizza #12 Kings Grant

Terrible service, I waited about 10 minutes to place an order. I expected more from this place, and they needed to hire more people, there was only one person making the pizza without gloves and the same hand was working on the computer taking orders. Terrible experience!!!

Disaster. I placed a large order for my child's birthday party THREE DAYS in advance and paying in full. Then, a mere 30 minutes before the party was supposed to start, I received a call informing me they didn't have enough dough and no drivers available to deliver. Thirty minutes! No dough at a pizza place? They completely ruined my child's birthday. No apologies, no solutions offered, just a flat 'good luck.' This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is appalling. Do not trust them with any event, especially not a child's birthday. I'm beyond disappointed and will never order from them again. Zero stars if I could.

I live 2 mins from this location and I drive all the way to the lynnhaven pkwy location now because the customer service is so bad here. And they are also terrible at making pizza

The bacon cheese fries were so good! the cheese was perfectly melted on the fries…highly recommend!

I went on the website and ordered via delivery. It says I was order number 1. My estimated delivery was between 11:45-11:55. I got a text message saying the DoorDash driver would deliver around 12:15. I got my food at 12:35pm. It was cold. The Greek salad that I ordered had frozen cucumbers and onions on it. I paid extra for chicken and spinach and I had a tablespoon of chicken and the spinach was 2 different colors. The USS Norfolk was thrown together and instead of steak it looked like sausage crumbles on my sandwich with nothing but mayo and barely any ham. The chocolate chip cookie had burnt chocolate chip pieces on it. To spend $80 on this food and have it all wrong was unacceptable. Then I called the restaurant and the lady said she had to call her manager and that she would call me back but I did not get a return call back. I will never order from the Kings Grant Chanellos again. A complete waste of time and money. If this is how you run your restaurant you definitely need to close down.

Called to place an order for pick up and was told “nope, you can’t place an order over the phone. I am the only one here and I am super busy”. The entires interaction was rude.

This was hands down the worst pizza experience I've ever had. If you enjoy the sensation of practically eating raw dough, then congratulations, this is the place for you.
I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of the food, especially considering the price. The pizza was severely undercooked, the dough was practically raw in the middle. It was honestly disgusting. I'm completely turned off by the experience.
Save your money and your stomach - go anywhere else.

No waiting inside. One fold out chair. Messed up orders all the time. Did a complaint to chanellos w/receipt & pic. And no response a month later. Too bad.

I've always LOVED Chanello's! Always and forever! My boyfriend and i order from here all the time! Everyone is always super nice and always a pleasure. Please give these guys a raise for all of their hard work that they do! They put the CHA in NELLO's! Will always be my GO-TO-SPOT! Thank you for you hard work! Shout out to Mr. Chris! Thank you for your hard work, sir. You're doing fabulous! You got this! Everything was/is delicious!!!!

I come to this chanellos a lot and i love it the food it so good and the workers are so nice. but my experience today was not good. the worker named Joseph was not in good spirit im not sure if he’s just having a bad day or what but he customer service was not good.

Love this chanellos. Our pizza is always fresh and they have the best Greek salad and garlic knots. The staff is always friendly. Have a great experience every visit.

I’ve been a regular customer for years and they never missed. Their service is always great and super friendly. Def recommend for good quality and great taste!!!!!

This store is beyond horrible I placed an order on a Friday night at 10:00 just to find out that when I get there to pick up my order that I've already paid for their doors are locked no warning no sign on the door no nothing where customers can understand what's going on and I had to drive 15 minutes one way out of my way to pick up food from another location the staff at this location store number 12 Kings Grant really needs to be replaced

Tango and Wyatt. really tolk care of me And exceeded my expectations. I told them this was the first time I had their wings and they tolk there time to make sure they were perfect in a timely manner. I highly recommend these chicken wings. I had the mango Habanero They were excellent !!!!!!give them guys a raze!!!
