This is our 4th attempt to order from Chanellos. The first time that I ordered a pizza, their register was down, and I patiently waited about 10 or 15 minutes until they decided to just give me my pizza for free. We have tried a few after that to order pizza through their app, which is not operational. We proceeded to call them to order pizza tonight, explaining their app was down, and the guy randomly started ignoring us to talk to his coworkers in the background. Confused, we hung up and we are now at Aldi to get a frozen pizza to cook ourselves.

Ordered $50 dollars worth of subs a few days ago, we had a new kitten and couldn't leave the house so we called delivery. The ETA was around 8.... after 8:30, I called to find out what was taking so long. They apparently delivered our food to another house. They KNEW they had delivered it to the wrong house, and yet they did NOT call to inform us. When I expressed how upset I was because my young daughter was hungry and needed to get to bed soon, she made it sound like I had no right to be angry. Bonus, I had to wait on the phone nearly THIRTY MINUTES to get my money back. We had to drive to Wawa for subs at nearly 10 pm on a weeknight. Never getting our service again.

Awful worst steak and cheese sub ever. The steak tastes awful I asked for lettuce tomato pickles and onions to be added. None were added I was told they don't have pickles plus found hair in my food.

Good bready, chewy, tasty crust. Familiar pizza sauce, a touch on the sweet side, but nowhere close to Detroit sweet. Cheese as you'd expect. Toppings plentiful and tasted right, not over-marinated or over-salty.

Food is good would give negative stars to delivery driver. Not only did she drop off the food at the wrong house when I called to let her know it wasn't outside she got a huge attitude insisting she did eventhough I could see with my own eyes she didn't and I did make sure I wrote my address correctly . Turns out she dropped it off at my neighbors which I had just a lovely time walking around trying to find it. Don't order delivery from here

Tried the white pizza today … delicious!Our new fave Italian Grinders are THE BEST; everyone should try these on a chilly windy day.One star off for inedibly burnt cookie. BUT, very large order and everything arrived piping hot.
