Chanello's Pizza #3 Birdneck

Booker was such a great person to order from.

Ordered a small pizza for delivery to our hotel and was very happy with our food. The crust was delicious and I was SUPER happy to be able to get green olives on my pizza (it’s rare to find a pizza place that has them as an ingredient). I’d definitely order from them again next time we are in the area!

Ordered pizza, wings, a brownie, and garlic knots.
The brownies edges were burnt, and to me that sucks because the edges are the best part, but I understand that.
The garlic knots and pizza and wings were great, the pizza could have used a little more sauce (i got the cheese steak pizza).
Will definitely order here again if i come back to VA Beach.

Btw... if you order from their site they seem to use door dash for delivery, so if you have door dash, just order there.

Ordered 3 pizzas totaling over $40 from kings Grant #12 location.
Orders placed:
1 - Large sausage , green pepper & mushroom - Normal cook.
2 - Large pepperoni - Well Done cook.

Order received: All 3 pizzia were undercooked top layer of crust that meets sause was raw.
Toppings were under cooked of course.
Pretty nasty pizza , worst quilty I've experienced in over 30 years of chanello's eating.

Family members grabbed slices noticed the raw so I placed pizzas in oven @ 400deg for 12 min to get fully cooked & eat continued.
I called store spoke to manger to let her know of quality issue & she told me i was mistaking no way pizzas were undercooked & no complaints had come in from previous orders.
So basically , she played me as being lier.
Very disappointing being i was consuming chanello's pizza before she was born lol.

Anyway , i will no longer be visiting this location. They don't want my families business.

I wanted some pizza so I decided to stop in and try this place. The staff was very friendly and got my food out to me quickly. My pizza was 9.99 with one topping. The pizza was hot and fresh and was oozing with cheese and sauce. The crust was a perfect blend of soft and crunchy crust and great flavor. I was a fan on the sauce, it was okay but overall, the pizza was good. The only bad part was the homeless people outside begging but other than that, it was a good experience and I would return again.

Guy behind the counter was crazy rude for no reason. I had just started looking at the menu when he snapped his fingers in my face and told me to hurry up. I get that people have bad days but there's no reason to take it out on your customers, not ordering here again.

Usually good, but today pissed me off. Refused to re make a burnt order. Who makes you eat food they screwed up. Can't fix stupid i guess.

I bought 2 large meatlovers (chicken added) for a gathering we were having. While one of the pizzas was ok, the other was burnt at the bottom. We ended up throwing the majority of that one away (minus 2 slices that were edible).

This place is so unprofessional and the workers dont know a spit of customer service. Pizza slices were sliced unevenly.

Ordered online for delivery, waited an hour, then order was canceled. I tried to call and the phone just rang and rang. If I could give negative stars I would.

Stopped here on the way home and this was delicious. I haven't had good pizza since we moved from NY. So it reminds me of a NY slice. Please don't change the ingredients. The manager was very nice too. I'm glad he convinced me to get a large pie. My children loved it too!
