I just wanted to give a huge shout out to chanello store number four for going above and beyond I had placed the order at store number 12 Kings Grant I get there to pick up my order and the doors locked and the people at the Chanello's on Lynnhaven Parkway store number four did not hesitate to go ahead and take care of my order for me since I had already paid. Is very hard to find that kind of customer service these days where another store will take care of a sister stores mess up thank you so much to everyone at store four

Flavor isn’t bad. Pizza is very dough-y. First time I ate here it was the same way. Thought maybe it was just a mistake. Needs to be cooked longer. It feels and tastes like it was taken out of oven about three to five minutes too soon. Both times same thing. For the price, the formula doesn’t add up.
Absolutely Shameful. How in the ever loving hell does Extra Cheese = Half regular cheese and half tomatoe paste with toppings. Idk what is happening at this location but the bar has drop significantly lower the past few years. Used to be a family favorite, now I'm thinking about the dominoes down the street, atleast they seem to know how to make pizza right and how in God's Green Earth do you get mix up with channellos signature dip with Buttermilk ranch?
