I love this place. I get delivery from them at least once a week and it’s always perfect. They’re open late all week which is great for someone like me who works till 11 most nights.
I just wanted to give a huge shout out to chanello store number four for going above and beyond I had placed the order at store number 12 Kings Grant I get there to pick up my order and the doors locked and the people at the Chanello's on Lynnhaven Parkway store number four did not hesitate to go ahead and take care of my order for me since I had already paid. Is very hard to find that kind of customer service these days where another store will take care of a sister stores...
Flavor isn’t bad. Pizza is very dough-y. First time I ate here it was the same way. Thought maybe it was just a mistake. Needs to be cooked longer. It feels and tastes like it was taken out of oven about three to five minutes too soon. Both times same thing. For the price, the formula doesn’t add up.
