I ordered from this place before on Grubhub and I fell in love with their Hawaiian pizza. I was craving it again today because I’m pregnant and they sent me a completely different pizza. The brownie was also burnt. Disappointed and would not be ordering from this place again.

I gave atmosphere 3 stars because I mean it’s a pizza place.. not much to expect. It’s not dirty all tho I guess the ac is broken so we were relying on a small fan . Other than that no complaints! My phone calls always go smoothly I never feel rushed or missed heard. I usually do pick ups the black lady with dreads all ways makes sure me and my kids are straight (I complain about other food service a lot) so appreciate the above n beyond. Thanks for reading.

I want to give a major shoutout to the leadership at Chanello’s on Aragona. I was having a rough day and just needed a quick meal for the family. My pregnant girlfriend had a serious craving for their cheese breadsticks — you know how those pregnancy cravings go, it has to be right.
When the order arrived, it ended up being a cheese pizza instead. Naturally, I would have just ate the cheese pizza and kept it pushing. I called in and spoke with the supervisor or manager 530 pm, and let me tell you — he handled it perfectly. No pushback, no hassle, just great customer service. He had the correct breadsticks delivered to us in about 15 minutes, no questions asked.
That quick response and understanding really turned our evening around. It might seem like a small thing, but anyone who’s dealt with pregnancy cravings knows — if it’s not what they want, standby!
Leadership like that makes all the difference. Props to the team at Chanello’s Aragona for showing what great management looks like.

Accidentally left my credit card. Employee confirmed it was there, so I returned to get it the next day. In the interim, someone took it and used it at Dollar Tree for $620 and Harris Teeter for $300. Contacted the manager 3x and never even got a return call. Police have been notified and the fraud team is investigating. Do NOT trust this business and the manager is no help whatsoever.

Call 3 times, 1st call i was put on hold immediately and waited 25 minutes, and never was answered. So I hung up thinking maybe they forgot. Called back, was put on hold immediately again and waited 10 minutes, they never picked up the phone, so I hung up. Called back a 3rd time and tried to ask wth, never even got a chance and was put on hold again. Well, never again will I be ordering from Chanellos! Piss poor service!
