From the morning shift to the night shift is horrible customer service
I ordered a cheese breadstick in the morning so I can be one of the first order just for them not to have a delivery driver until 5 I told the guy to just put it in for 5pm so I can be one of the first delivery He didn’t relay the message to the night shift I told the manager he didn’t care he actually talked over me Then come to find out he was the one to deliver my food he caught an attitude because I didn’t give him a tip because I said they did horrible He started yelling oh we did horrible thank you that’s appreciate I shut the door on him scaring my son I called up there to complain and the guy who answered interrupted me and said was he a white dude kind of ball that’s my manager he weird I said y’all all have horrible customer service and are rude Everyone need a class on customer service care and how to talk to people on the phone and in person

The food is decent but the service was amazing, the lady behind the counter was so welcoming and genuinely nice, I was actually surprised she was still in a good mood even being the only person working at the time.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Never gave me my extra sauce that I ordered. Pizza was mid and cold. I had to heat it up in the microwave for it to be warm. No wonder people don't order from them, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Go with Papa Johns if you actually want pizza because these guys (Chanellos) aren't it. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

This is the only pizza place I order from. When I went to pick up my order, they seemed swamped. Understandable! However, once I got home, I realized my pizza was slightly undercooked and that the pizza crust was slightly sticky and hard to rip. The garlic knots (which are my favorite) were very tiny... but still delicious! I've never had an issue before this, I'm just marking it up as they were busy.
Their delivery drivers are completely negligent of their surroundings my kids were outside riding bikes and they were almost hit by a Chanellos delivery drivers who thought it would be a good idea to do 50 THROUGH A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD! She's drives a white van and has sped through neighborhood multiple times from what I'm told!
Kid-friendliness: YOUR DRIVERS NEED TO SLOW DOWN IN NEIGHBORHOODS!!!

Delicious pizza and for a better price than big name chains. They made an easy mistake on one of our pizzas and quickly made it right after I notified them. We will be regulars here!

Went to this place twice and never again will I get the cheesesticks. The first time they were cut incredibly narrow and my dipping sauce was not what I ordered. The second time they had the sauce right but still cut way to narrow to be a cheesestick

Service is exceptional, no wait time, professional. Kinda think some of the guys back there are on the spectrum but they have quality customer service that you dream about. Definitely prefer this channellos over my own that's in OV area.
